Square yards recruits struggling people and tell them they will give visa in a month and many other fake promises.They will just make you suffer all the time.. they will provide you with the most hectic time of your life.They will promise a percentage of the sale which they are never going to release.Even if they make money they won’t pay the employees or 90% of the employees.. so cold hearted and evil thinking.If you are looking to join in this company, better leave at the earliest.I believe even the reviews are written by those new employees.. because of the helplessness and many other things too!So don’t get trapped or worried to look for another one

At times there aggressive marketing team does go overboard, but their offerings do have something for every real estate investor or end user purchaser. I have some bad experience on one of investment made through square yard. The sales person promised me a pass back when i complete 6.5% and it will be paid within 30 days. When I chase with them , after 90 days I got reply that it will be paid only after 14% payment, which will be after one year .Now CRM also telling the same and they admitting that this was wrong commitment even though I have written confirmation from sales dept.It is square yard responsibility to full fill what their sales committed to a client .Hence my request , pls do not trust sales guys fully and do not finalize anything in first meeting itself. There are many good people there , but due to above experience it will be difficult to trust anyone.Noticed that many sales person no more with this company and they have mostly shorter time. By knowing this , they may give you many wrong commitment which need to be double checked always.

The worst experience! We are increasingly beginning to believe that these guys are scamming. Multiple properties that we have invested in are contacting us saying payments we have submitted to squareyards has not been transferred to them. Every week there is a new point of contact and the previous one has been fired due to improper conduct. Their manager is always in Ruwais with no network coverage lol. Stay away!!

I have taken propery from square yards. There is big difference between expectations and reality.1. Expectation: all documents will be supported by squareyard (as per explanation from sales guy)Reality: they will support only till you book and give frist payment. After that support will be intermittent and mostly you have to deal with builders directly.2. Expectation: all the sale process is documanted like the check you paid or any document you giveReality: they are not mantaning any documentation and all the sale is depend on the sales guy memory . If he left you are gone.3. They will give your numbers to different sales teams so get ready to recive infinite numbers of calls with fake details ie if you have any previous issue they will keep calling with fake reasons like . I am manager and i will solve your issues...and in the last buy my new projectOr . Ceo has appointed a team to resolved your issue ...they will talk and in end same..bu my new project...etc4. They sell cheap properties at high rate; see they have 5 star rating and 1 star ratings not 3 or 2 or 4 , why ? 5 stars are given by paid marketing agencies , 1 stars are from genuine people.If you feel my review right please like it so that it may come at the top and new joiners will aware of it.My son worked there for 2 weeks, they hire new employees and ask them to come Dubai on visit visa in his/her own expense and do marketing in his/her own expense. nearly 85 percent of the employees quit within 2 months. They wont even pay, nobody can complain at Dubai labor court as its illegal to work on visit visa.They sell properties at double the rate.

The biggest mistake ever done is to trust the words of the people working for square yards and the company itself. Never ever in life would again deal with this company for any investments and nor will recommend anyone to do it. They have been not a very pleasant experience and had duped us for money which they took and never returned promising it to be refundable deposit. Also personal documents have been misused, which was given with trust. Even after several attempts to contact no satisfactory response and no intentions to refund the money.

Employees work over 12hours a day. Non-stop harassing phone calls from different agents at odd times. Have received calls at 9pm on Friday nights asking me if Im interested in investing in property! At other times they have agents calling and saying Im calling on behalf of Emaar. What a sham! Please work honestly and without frustrating people because you are affecting your own industry - the property market negatively.

Its really frustrating and guys are so pushy that they dont even listen to what I am trying to say. Is it how you want to do the business? I dont even know how they got my number I have never subscribed to them, they keep calling you and insist you to meet, even at odd hours. I will have to now file an official complaint if they call me back.PS: their irresponsible team responded to my comments asking me to provide my contact details, seriously on google review comments i should reveal my contact number? Idiots.

They blindly hire people with little to no experience in the industry. I am constantly spammed with calls regarding property investment. To make matters worse, the schemes’ they provide are not financially viable. You cannot even get a basic return on investment on the properties they are trying to sell. Highly unprofessional and downright pathetic. Not even worthy of a star.

I have never come across a more unprofessional team of people 1. The sales team has no manners to talk to you. 2. They call after business hours and on holidays. 3. They share your number among the team so when you say NO to one team member, the other team member will call and so on and so forth. It shows what antiquated systems they work on 4. They share your number with their overseas offices in India and USA who again call at odd hours to harrass people. Not recommended at all. Beware of them.

Worst management team I have ever met. Once the deal is done they are the most unprofessional/unethical/cheater lot. Anyone who is looking to book property in India please deal with developer directly not through them. You will not get any support and solution even you reach out to promotors. My case was escalated to all senior management team but they are spineless.

They call at the wierdest times, cant take no for an answer, and call from different numbers each time. Ive reached my wits end, going to file a case for harassment against them. By far the most misleading real estate company in Dubai. Better known as scam real estate. There is heavy malpractice & serious exploitation of the employees.From managerial level to junior level, the hire-and-fire cycle is high. Pristine and ideal image in marketing materials and publicity, however, the day-to-day operation is far from glamorous. If the company policy & procedures are right, they would attract the right energy from their employees.The management steals the clients of the employees and on top of that, they dont pay out commission on time ever or in most case scenarios ever. You will be flooded with false promises of your commission hitting your account in 48 hours and much more. They dont provide documentation for employee security from day 1 till the end.
