Terrible service ! Online there was a house for 15k we called they said finished they have for 18k we said it’s fine when we called saying that we are coming to visit the next day they said 18k finish we have 20k we still went there to check when we arrived there they said finish they have only for 25k. What is this ? We were welcomed by a security agent busy on his phone kept us waiting for seconds while he was finishing his WhatsApp conversation than he finally responded to our greetings. Then, he directed us to an agent who was extremely rude as if he was gifting the house and not us paying for it. Terrible customer service ! Happy that we did not get anything from them.

Be aware, they will keep your deposit for up to 7 months after you vacate. And they will give you multiple colorful excuses as of why they dont give you the deposit back. Think twice before renting any property with this company.

- Always fail to meet our basic expectations in terms of service quality, response time and overall customer experience.- Poor customer experience/ service/ communications- lack of professionalism- Maintenance is a hustle as the issues and maintenance requests have been always fixed temporarily. Never been fixed permanently!

Does not even deserve to get single star rating. Very worst experience with Al khail community. Totally unorganized and unprofessional system. They took more than one month to even view a flat.No response from call center also.. You can never expect any kind of response or care from them.

I ordered a card from DAM and paid online, they said they will deliver in 24hours, now more then week waiting and calling again and again without any success. Not worthing to manage Dubai Propreties assets.

Worst leasing company everTotally unprofessional and uncommittedCompeting to be the worst in market so if you would like to support them avail their services2.5 month to receive security deposit while mentioned max 45 days on their website. Move out inspection done without customer presence and they do not explain charges transparently!!Not surprised to see all the 👎 rating

Never move to a DP property. I moved out over 2 months ago and they still have not returned my deposit! They do not answer emails, lie on calls and never deliver what they promise! Disgusting customer service. If I could give a Zero I would!!

Really unhappy with the service. I have been asking the management for service charges of my office from last 5 months and i was asked to submit docs for change of ownership which was done on time from my side but till date i have no further response. I have sent emails for it and even called the forever ringing hotline 8009933.

Appalling customer service, total lack of care. I moved out of my apartment on 9 December - it is 15 February and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. All the reviews below are about total lack of customer care and follow through. I was a customer for 5 years, always paid on time - I do not expect to be treated with such lack of respect.

Just downgraded to one star after latest experience at Bay Square which is managed by this horrible company: Horrible parking management at Bay Square! 10 AED for second hour! No validation with restaurants or gyms possible and now the rotten cherry on the top: Only one payment machine, only cash and no change for 100 AED (even though it says on the machine up to 200 AED) and of course calling the Hotline is of no help. none of the surrounding shops have change either, so I had to go up to enbd and queue up for cash change. 15 minutes of my life wasted!

Worst experience in Dubai, absolute theifs. NOBODY replies to their emails, I am trying to pay my bill which was 3000 dirhams all of a sudden they tell me I owe 45,000 dirhams. When I asked for proof they cannot give it. I asked who is in charge they gave me the email address and guess what. Two emails both ignored. Unbelievable in Dubai to have this level of service. Then to top it all off I go in to downtown office to pay and they say I cannot because there is a mistake with my account. So AGAIN I email and they say I owe 45k instead of 3k. Again I get ignored and then today they call me to say hey you need to payWHAT! WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE!?

The worst experience with them since they started managing the area I live in. AC problems on a weekly basis and no one solves them. The worst service Ive experienced. My AC stopped working for the 9th time this year and maintenance wouldn’t pick up the line. There’s also looong delay till maintenance actually pick up the phone and send someone to fix the issue

Long time of waiting in query and processing since only 2 employees were assisting in lease renewals. So in total with only 1 person before me, Ive spend more than hour there.Lease agreement wasnt prepared and delivered in time by the company and additionally, due to this delay in renewal, legal fees were charged.

انا مستأجره من سنتين وبدفع اجاري بوقت السداد ومن وقت الكرونا اتأخرت شهر واحد بس وحطو عليا غرامه ٨٠٠٠ وبعدين ورفعو عليه دعوه ورحت للمحقق وفرجيته كل ايصالات الدفع وقالو خلاص هذه غلطتنا وبنخلص الموضوع هذا العقد كمان لما جيت اجدد قالولي عليا غرامه ٨٠٠٠ درهم من ضمنها ٣٢٠٠ درهم مصاريف قانونيه للدعوه القديمه من تاريخ ١ سبتمبر وكل ما اروح يقولولي بنخلص الموضوع وبنتصل بيك خلال يومين والله العظيم حرام وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وانا ما بسكت انا فسي حدا من المسؤلين الكبار يهتم ويشوف هاد الريفيو لانه والله حرام
