Horrible. We recently rented an appartment in meydan dar mira thru an agent sabrina. However she made us change the chqs over 6 times not organized and the appartment was handed broken shower rusty handles burnt lights. Avoid this agency if you can. I worked with Collins Tifu to rent an apartment in West Wharf Tower located in Business Bay. Collins assured me before I signed the contract that the apartment would be cleaned. In my follow up with him before I moved in, he confirmed that the apartment was already cleaned, but sure enough -- it wasnt. It was actually disgusting and reeked of smoke. Here are photos of what Collins considers to be clean. He sure knows how to prepare apartments for new tenants.

Best avoided.A person named Waqar sent us to view an apartment by ourselves in Sadaf6 JBR insisting that the service door will be open & we should just walk in. Upon reaching there we found the door locked to our dismay. Upon calling him Waqar just blamed the owner/cleaner. Wasted many hours & effort of travelling significant distance.Have never before encountered such unprofessionalism.

Terrible company, stay away! The agent Janat has been unresponsive for 4 days, our contract started and we are unable to move in because the issues have not been fixed, she lies on a daily basis and there doesnt seem to be an end in site, stay away from this company!

Apply caution when it comes to choosing this agent for selling your property. They are definitely not first class, in fact they have zero class. When things get tricky they show their true colours by being unprofessional, defensive and rude.If you are an overseas client then they will take advantage of that fact and will not communicate with you. It is very easy to find a rental place for clients but this agent just did not want to work hard to find a buyer - no viewings in a year!
