Comparing the location, rental and pool area wise its ok, but One of the worsts bldg i lived poor service. maintenance service is so bad and even complaining to the building manager there is no response, I moved in to the flat last March 2021 and since that Im complaining about the house maintenance to #Imdaad (the maintenance team) and the bldg manager till the date my request has been forwarded and and the maintenances guy is taking the photos only for their referral purposes but nothing has been done, we were promised when we moved in all the pending work will be finished by 2-3 weeks and now its been 3 months no one took any initiate to do, never expected this kind of response by this team.

Its a good building. Although there are some maintainance issues here and there, its good enough. The swimming pool is quite big and well maintained.

A very nice building marred with a NOT INTETESTED estate agent and bad maintenance companies. They have together destroyed the building.

Very good place to stay with family. Sometime cattle smell comes as there is cattle market nearby
