Please be careful when renting from this real estate company. we rented a flat and for 2 years no maintenance was carried out in the building. after 2 years when we shifted out and wanted to collect the deposit, they charged us for painting stating that that is a standard practice of their office.

I have rented flats in many places, but so far the building in Al Jabri Al Nahda has the worst maintenance staff ever. Be careful when booking your flat, they will promise everything at the beginning and once u move in, all sorts of problems will arise.

If you are planing to rent a unit in Al Jabri Tower Al Qusais, you better try some other buildings around the area.
