They are at their worse, I have seen and finalized one apartment with them in JVC, Spica Residency.My current contract was about to expire and they wasted my 2 weeks with negotiations, maintenance and contract stuff.After finalizing everything when I went at their office to sign a contract they asked me to issue cheques under someone else name (not owner) also they had no power of attorney. they tried to convince me by saying owner dont want cheques under his name, but luckily I refused to sign. upon confirmation from Land Department they said its wrong and one should not do that.if theres anything wrong with property or related documents they should inform a person at the start of viewings rather than convincing him/her to go illegal. please be-aware of these fraudsters.

I have dealt with the agency to rent a townhouse in Dubai - i have dealt with Shaun who was very professional, responsive and extremely helpful. He has helped me resolve most of the issues i faced before moving to the house and keeps following up.

We tried to see 2x the apartment, but the lady who was in charge she couldn’t managed get excess cards..Not professional at all

Worst agency ever. Do not care about tenants the appartment i am in has no insulation and all the smells from other appartment come into my place. Including cigarettes and cooking.. they are not doing anything to fix. The issue is inside the appartment and not in the common area.

I been renting my amazing apartment (Damac Park Towers) with these guys for 2 years from 2018 to 2020 and its been worst experience ever with communication, professionalism and neglecting my needs and problems as tenant. Since day 0 (and, of course, right after they got their money) nothing was done properly, in time or...I simply was ignored. Even processing initial documents was nightmare as they didnt even know the procedures for DIFC and were giving me wrong information, which costed me extra time and even money arranging things. Then removing furniture, we agreed I dont need and has to be gone before I get in to apartment, were delayed and such a stress with following them and dealing myself with securities etc. Then to sign every and each NOC would be taking FOREVER (literally up to 3 weeks of my follow ups) minding that for each step with Damac you need one. Imagine, I was given only 1 key and 1 access card for 2 bedroom apartment, which by common sense require 3-4 keys and, at least, 2 access cards, so I had to put new lock and spend on new card, plus hustle with NOC for that. And yes, I renewed with them, BECAUSE Damac Park Towers such an amazing place to live and I am single mom with kid and maid on me - not easy to move places. But, seriously, these guys are very unprofessional (especially, Zaid and Naseem) and irresponsible! Getting out of apartment and getting my deposit back was another nightmare I am afraid I would never forget: when over the phone call I would agree with them I can return keys and cards upon picking up my deposit, 3 days after I submit apartment to maintenance check, - and 5 days after (to get them to send someone to check apartment was another endless follow ups) they would turn it against me saying, that I am holding keys and access cards, so they will charge me for that as extra days of using apartment! Be very careful and, if you can, dont choose them!

Trust worthy staff & they explain in transparent way to sell the Property.I will prefer them to manage all my Property

U delay the dewa payment for half year, two disconnection happened in the apartment, have to move to outside hotel for twice.This company they don’t care about u after u signed the contract

We made an appointment with the agent for 3pm. 3:10 I call him and he says he needs 10 more minutes. It’s now 3:45, he is not picking up the phone and I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes for him to arrive. Horrendous service.
