Extremely disappoint customer service from the team based in JVC ,DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.They will do all they can (after you sign) to delay, to charge expenses and with little tricks of words on the contract they will add additional expenses you have to take care to fix the apartment once you are in.Never reply on the phone for emergency (even if they are online on what’s up for example).They even pretend they don’t understand or reply for question you asked without any logic sense particularly when it comes to emergencies.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Worst experience ever. No one answers the phone when you need them. They are professional in ignoring any request you raise. Horrible costumer service. Literally the worst staff ever. They’re different when they want to sell/rent property to you and completely opposite when you need their support or understanding.The staff is super egoistic and unreasonable.Based on our experience we would never recommend any of our friends or family or people reading this review to buy or rent any property from landmark.And of course you cannot find me in your data base anymore because we left your property due to unprofessionalism and extreme rude behavior from the team members.And the review is for people to just alert them to watch out where they invest their money. It’s merely based on our experience with Landmark properties either give a pleasing experience or don’t threaten everyone like you’re doing so.Everyone else is just smart enough to read the rest of the reviews to understand the kind of services given by landmark.There’s a HUGE difference in the behavior when YOU need a tenant and when the tenant needs you.

First time in my life I rented a flat and worst experience with this agency totally unprofessional , only the sales agent was good and responsive but the office receptionist very rude and when you call office to raise some issue in flat they remind you about about what you signed in your contract like seriously is it like that an issue is solved .been a month raised an issue still not yet solved very weird Totally unprofessional and rude staff specially the lady in reception doesn’t know how to talk.

What would you expect from a company that asks its employees to post a positive review. They are really very unprofessional and they have no business ethics at all. Customer service doesnt exist in their philosophy.I have had the worst experience in my life with Landmark, they are extremely unprofessional and materialistic, no customer service. They don’t reply to their emails and get back to their clients. They didn’t show any kind of flexibility during covid19 and didn’t consider it is a force Majeur and didn’t show any flexibility with their loyal tenant who was always paying on time. On the contrary they were abusing with the penalty of early departure and threatening Me even though I have been very transparent and I was communicating to them and asking for some help. it is so hard to reach anyone there even before covid 19. Very bad management and the staff is not trained at all. I don’t recommend them at all. They will squeeze you for every single fils, this all they care about.Honestly, the team at Landmark is not only not professional but neither transparent. I never demanded from them to stay for free as they claim. I have always been paying on time and this is my second year with them. However now due to Covid 19 and as I am not getting any salary since April 1 and i sent them the letter from my company I reached out to then to find a proper solution by postponing the cheque or giving some discount. They never showed any attention and never replied back to my emails. They just deposited the cheque two times even without calling me. Is that professional. They only replied to my email when i gave a notice that I will leave and then they started abusing and threating me with the two months penalty. They didnt consider that it is a force majeur and at this time there should be some flexibility with loyal clients. None of their senior managers bothered to reply back to my calls and find a solution. Is that how companies deal wih their customers in these difficult times.

It took me less than 10 days from viewing the apartment to getting the keys by the fastest, most professional and helpful team headed by Muhammed Z. Ive dealt with other real estate agents in Dubai before and none come close to the services provided by Landmark Properties. They guide you on the steps and have the key contact people to seamlessly activating building services, getting the Ejari, Telecom and chiller services. I think whats worth mentioning here is that the staff (not just clients) are well taken care of as they are rotating skeletal staff at the trying time like now to implement social distancing as requested by the government so I really appreciate everything they have done. A definite recommend.

The worst real estate company,...

The apartment was shown without the DEWA connection and only when you enter the apartment and begin living do you know what is working and not workinga) Furnitures displayed however most of them are not in working condition. For eg: Chest of drawer, bedside table, living room table, broken leg of the dining table chair. So all these furnitures are in the room and cannot be usedb) Broken lamp displayed as part of the furniture and cannot be used, again you have to keep this in the apartmentb) Air-conditioning switch of the bedroom not switching off and hence the aircon is on for 24 hours which will definitely incur heavy electricity bill and hence have to switch off the same from the main switchIn the end you have furnitures in the room which cannot be used and are neither repaired or replacedDue to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by Dubai government, i had to take possession of my flat one month later although I have honored payment effective date of the agreement.Until money is received everyone is very efficient and once money is received we have to run behind them, extremely poor customer service
