I am staying in Dubai for almost 14 years now. I moved ANRG Property for the last 10 years in Mankhool Noor 3 building, as of now many Managers and maintenance people have changed. But this time from last one year I met one Mr. Mohammad Saleh - (Leasing Department). He is the best thorough and professional and great work with him. He is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about their tenants. and maintenance people also such a co-operative especially Mr. Nawaz Bhai is very responsive and his dedication and hard work always amazed me.One Suggestion : One parking must be allotted with flat, It should not be additional payable. I hope ANRG management will consider and these rules will change. Thank You.

Top Management are Very professionals, Responsive and supportive.Sometimes their team cant act how they have to. So just only thing we have to do is, we have keep all correspondence by mail. So the management can handle and solve it in good way.Their property are neat and clean.their maintainace team responce is very fast.And I clicked some pics from the property.. Amezing view.

After escalating to Owner the issue get resolved. The owner only know value of there business. The ground staff was just making it delay even though I have followed all protocols and I have all communication with me.Thank you Mr. Owner for interfering and solving the issue.

Mr Yahia.. Leasing Manager.. has no guts how to talk.. how to behave with Tenants even a man have an age of over 65.. How to Respect people... ruining the name of Abdul Noor, i knew him and his ex Company Manager Mr. Abdul Razzaq.. they were really good person but current management.. dont have etiquettes and skills how to deal with customer.. every time u will go and find new faces making same drama with no result

Not a family building. I stayed in Al Noor 1 building. I was told its family building, but after shifting i found next flat was full with bunker beds and 10+ bechlors. Staffs of KP marts, al madina, shasklan and near by massage parlour accomadation is provided in this building.

Al Noor1 803. The rooms are spacious when compared to other flats in the area. Common bathroom is as big as the attached bathrooms in other flats. Bus stop is just below the building making it easy to access any place in Dubai or Sharjah plus you can get Taxi round the clock due to proximity to Sahara centre mall. Maintenance is free and they always responds promptly

My husband and I have had a very bad experience with the building management of Al Noor 1 and they are totally unprofessional. Having received a call from them on the notification of expiry of rental agreement, we called back to know the next step, there was no one to answer the call, no emails from them at all. We emailed them asking for what is the procedure, there was no reply for almost 2 weeks. We decided to give the main office a call, and the response received from the guy there was totally uninterested and unprofessional!!! It was highly unexpected. I had to gather information from other sources on how to inform on the cancellation of rental contract, and did the same.The building management is not giving permission without NOC to shift my things. The NOC will be given only after the cancellation of DEWA and getting the final bill settlement in the current flat. So basically, we are supposed to live in the flat for atleast 1 day without electricity and wait for the final bill settlement, and then wait for the NOC so that our things can be moved!!!!!!! I have already booked the movers and they are waiting for my further instructions to move the things. We have even informed the building management that we will be returning back to clear the dues, but they want to follow the policy.This is the most stressful shifting experience I have had so far. In this current situation, with the increased regulations, I must say Abdul Noor Al Rais Group should revise and reconsider their policies. How can you expect everything to happen the same day???? With the cancellation of DEWA>final bill settlement>NOC>moving things out of the building. There has to be some reconsideration, and your staff in the building is not at all supportive and helpful, in fact, they are stressing that they work a limited time.

I really dont recommend to take any rental from this company.... They are totally unprofessional...They are happy while taking your rental cheques and security deposit...It is very difficult to get security deposit back from them...Still i am trying for my deposit for the last 5 months...When I visited their office , i seen others also who didnt get their security deposit for long time ..So, it is normal for them... There is no one to respond for customer grievance....Once you take flat, no one will care about you....Be aware that you may not receive your security deposit amount full ( i received less than 500 against 2000 deposit )..They will give so many excuses for deductions.Any how i have to thank their manager for responding to my mails and immediate action.

Very accommodating and people are kind..Except for the last years manager..This year we are extending our contract with them since that guy is gone..Also the rooms are spacious and the maintenance team are very responsive..This management have done a great job.. Hopefully they can give me a parking space lower than 3rd floor Coz I have a baby...😁

Totally nonsense people working in this group. I can say one of the lairs community working in this real state. Dont be fool to get flat in their buildings. I have a much bad experience with them last 1 year. They will not give you parking space and also no maintenance free. Their technicians attitude is like that they are kings.The guy working as maintenance in charge name Abdul Rehman one of the most corrupt guy I have ever seen in my life. They are totally non professionals thats it.

I wont suggest ANRG. They will inconvenience a ton in documentation work and make us all around to their office. No clear idea and objectives. I am surprised why they want to trouble innocent tenants ? Their management has turn out to be wasteful since Ahmed essa has joined the organisation

Very worst & bad administrations at any point looked in my 17 years of UAE experiecne. Whats more, prescribe not to take or lease ANRG. There is no manager or senior specialist to listen our complaints. Absence of cordination between staff. if raising voice to vacte the level. Straight away staff is advising do what ever you need to do. Go any place you need to dissension. our Abrab maafi, taal bukra, baad bukra. intentionally postponing delivering retribution. they truly made me cry while giving my security refund. Amir from sharjah and Ahmed issa from Dubai office is squander staff as per my experience what I faced with them.
