If I had a chance of rating them zero then that would be the option Id chose. I had dealt with their ex-agent (now) who had rented out my office unit and later I gave the same employee a key & access card to market an office for rent. But the agent quit the company a few weeks later so I called the manager of the company asking back for my key & card and he was such a rude & disrespectful man. He said since I gave the key and access card to the agent, it was my job to chase a person who was their employee when I handed over my belongings to him. When I threatened to report him to RERA, he shouted & said do whatever the hell you want and I dont care. This man must be delusional to be speaking this way to customers. Do not deal with them unless you want your properties keys and cards missing and to be told to chase their employees yourself.

I had an unpleasant experience. The broker (Mohanad) and landlord were giving us conflicting information. A bunch of maintenance issues, identified from the walkthrough, were not properly addressed prior to moving in to the apartment and the apartment was not properly cleaned as promised. Also, a few weeks after I moved into the apartment, I was being badgered non-stop to showcase the apartment now for sale (not a sign of good faith). The exit process was not smooth at all. Overall, not recommended given my experience and given the wide choice of real estate agencies and professional brokers in Dubai!

Really bad experience with mena properies. Was dealing with a guy called Mohanad. Got treated really bad to the point he insulted me and was shouting at me.He refused to meet where we initially agreed to get my deposit back.AVOID AVOID AVOID
