I am forced to work with them because they are the assigned facility management for my compound. Staff are clueless, head engineer is rude and disrespectful (even closes phone on your face) . Sad to see so many knowledgeable and respectful people lost their jobs and these are the type of people they kept. Zero customer service and zero experience.

Very bad maintenance service. For a month nobody didnt come to fix hot water boiler. For 2 weeks I was calling almost every day and every day they:- first of all were telling me that will call me back to inform ( and obviously nobody called me back);- second, were telling me that will come tomorrow morning, and nobody didnt come.
