Various incompetancies and blatant faults. But today was the tipping point, when I got a mail from Kaizen owners association about a threat for an NOV (Notice of Violation) as an owner of an apartment in (picture attached) when the concerned refused to recognize the ex-tenants goods and deliberate instigation by the real estate company involved (RK Properties). The goods in question (a double bed and a dry-washed quilt) were left by my old tenant, who was given my property for rent by RK Properties, (without me meeting the tenant, transaction near my old office). The tenant has left without due notice after illegal subleasing was brought to attention....and has resulted in 2 bounced cheques. Kaizen, you seem oblivious to the obvious that a community needs some finer care. I have done the needful to get the ex-tenants junk disposed.
