Would rate 0 stars or minus if i could. Terrible service. Was dealing with Tanvir. We had basically agreed on a price and a move in date, only to be told that they had rented it out to somebody else without informing us...on the day we were moving out of our place. Also, after realising we are in need of a place as soon as possible - all these little fees started creeping in, which we questioned but agreed on the basis we just wanted to get it over the line. Will be lodging a personal complaint to the company as do not want this happening to other people, especially expats who are relocating over here.Lets see what the response is and will update.

Amazing service, very professional. Sold my house in a few weeks after listing it with them at a very good price. They dont just advertise my properties and sit around with their fingers crossed waiting for a buyer to shop up. No, they have a very active marketing which guaranteed that my property got sold very quick.

Would rate them less than 1 if had that option. Avoid them if you can. Not an agency to deal with as per my experience. Had the worst experience dealing with each one there. Regret to use them. No contractual support during the stay. You would be lucky to get your deposit back when you leave.

I have to say that i am super impressed with her management skills. With her in charge of my properties i am at ease and do not have to worry about dealing with the tenants at all. Ive been dealing with Key One Properties for few times, both for short and long term, while renting appartments for my family and friends stays. The staff is helpfull and very professional. Bonus - some of them is Russian speaking, so it was much more convenient for me.We didnt have any problems with checking-in/out, deposits or anything else - everything was 5-stars standart.
