We had a really disappointing experience with Ezytrac Team. Initially it seemed like things were being handled smoothly by their agent and team, but the moment our rent cheque was cleared, the responsiveness and management of the overall process dipped really low.To name a few, we had informed about a few problems with our property, which was communicated to us that will be taken care of by the time we move in, but most of it wasnt. So much so that, the property wasnt even cleaned when we moved in. Additionally, on our moving day no proper documentation was provided to ensure a smooth move in, whereas we had followed up with them multiple times only to be informed that no issues will arise. Because of which, our movers were stuck for almost 2 hours at the gate.

Made the deal with Mr. Fahad Al Rasheed, went very smooth and he was very professional and cooperative. Highly recommended.

TAHIR BEST BEST BEST!!!!!!I started the process of finding a property to rent in May and Ezytrac happened to be the agency. I contact the agent, whose name was Tahir. Im taking time to write this review because I would recommend this agent with an open heart to anyone looking for a great experience.My moving date was end of July but we started communicating in May. As all the other agents would do , they would shut you down and tell you to wait till closer to the dates. Mind you I scommunicated with 17 agents but Tahir was the only one who was patient with my demands and was with me from May till June.I am a very demanding customer who is into details. I dont back down from what I want. Therefore , Tahir did not try to convience me to go for something that will benefit him , he was more concerned about meeting my needs. Whats more impressive is when we started communicating i was using an international number and once I received my UAE number he still remembered me and what in looking for.When it was time to get the property , we faced a small challenge when the place was rented after we have also confirmed. Tahir put me at ease even though I knew he was stressing, he ensured to get me what I wanted. BE AWARE OF This company & their agents ,specially in Damac Akoya oxygen .They are so nice at beginning and slowly they start pulling out your money ,they tell you many lies , you need to be aware .until now they have not refund my money that they confirm by email they would refund it in 24 hours and still since 3 weeks they didn’t .I now filled a legal official case against them and I have report d this to Damac Head quarter , and will keep doing so on social media to protect other victims from falling in this .
