Simply the BEST.We have a maintenance contract with Essential Maintenance, which belongs to We Will Fix It, for our villa in JI and for two rental properties.Never had any issues. Their technicians are polite, hard working, very knowledgeable.Today they managed in only visit to change the watertank in the bathroom, changed an AC actuator, installed two new van motors, made two new ceiling access panel and repainted the whole ceiling. I bet for these jobs any other company would have needed at least three appointments. Stunning!

We will fix it team is very professional and knowledgeable. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful. The field technicians are punctual and they are clean, they even put on new shoe covers before they enter your house, and they clean the work area very well before they leave. One more great thing is that they also bring the card payment machine with them just in case the customer may not have cash at hand.

Rodrigo and Francis cleaned our water tank today. They did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. They explained the whole process of how the pump and tank works and showed me before and after pictures. They were friendly, polite and hard working. In Dubai there are many maintenance providers to choose from and at various price points. I have used various home maintenance companies in Dubai but since using We Will Fix It I have been very impressed with their speed of call out, communication with the customer and quality of workmanship compared to others providers. But what you get are trained specialists in their field, well worth the money spent. Extremely professional team. By far the best I have come across in UAE to undertake maintenance works. They understood a job at my home with 6 meter high scaffolding that involved drilling etc and this is by far the cleanest and quickest service I have received. Highly recommended

We are really impressed by Christian and Arvims work. They are very clean, careful, smart, fast, efficient, easy to talk. Thy use plastic everywhere they work, specially fo drilling, and they come with protection for the shoes. They arrived on time, and worked in a good mood. PErfect service. The company is very organised. The guys arrived at my door 8am sharp (booked time), and we found out they were not allowed to drill before 10. We were really happy that the company gave us the option for the guys to return later. The only improvement point I would point is that we needed a longer cable for our light (pendant), and the company said they could provide. When the guys showed us they said it was different, it was much thicker, so we were rushing to go out, find and buy the cord while they were still in our place. As we dont really understand of this matter, I wouldnt know there could be a different cable, and we had sent the pictures before - so it wouldve been good if you guys had checked and made sure it was the one we needed. Thanks a lot, and definitely using the service again.

For their plumbing service they deserve 0 stars! Instead of resolving the issue they burned the thermostat and then did not take responsibility for it, they simply left my house and never heard back! I had to call back several times to be attended by worst customer service ever & to be quoted a high bill to fix what they damaged. Have now proceeded with a real plumber who repaired their mistake at much lower cost. Unprofessional, disorganised & dishonest service. Be warned…

Really an experience with Marjo & Joe they was in time, first major good point. They explain what they will do. Very clear procedures. Then cover with plastic all the area of work to keep it clean from dust. My son 3,5 year old was asking them a lot of questions and I hope he didn’t bother them too much. :)Work was great they keep the home as it was before + a clean AC Duct.Very happy with the service and still have another service to be done soon for plumbing. Ive availed of We Will Fix Its services for several years in 2 different properties, from comprehensive AC Duct Cleaning and full HVAC overhaul, to rudimentary installation of floating shelves and blinds, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with any maintenance or handyman services, period.Most recently, my new apartment only offered 1 drain and 1 water connection even though i had both a dishwasher and washing machine. They came to the rescue and within an hour, installed a Y splitter for both the water tap and drain pipe with high quality hoses, pipes and fittings and even silicon sealed the hose pipes in drain connections.Unlike most handyman companies here, they embody professionalism, flawless execution, and workmanship that actually lasts dare I say a lifetime!

Team are not helpful at all keep promising to send their technicians for 3 days with no action and they tell u the charge over the phone without checking the actual problem.. at the top of this they ignore ur WhatsApp msgs and calls .. need to enhance more their professionalism and attitudes

I used We Will Fix It for external window cleaning. I found your staff to be very efficient. They were really polite and came on time. They cleaned all the patio areas as well. And left everything in a neat state when they were done. Thank you very much our clean windows and glass doors make such a difference.

Super friendly call center and amazingly helpful in an emergency situation. The guys at We Will Fix It were able to send an electrician within in 1 hour of my call and sorted out the issue in less than 30 minutes. After calling a well known competitor who has staff in my building complex and failed to help. This experience was miles above and I would absolutely recomend We Will Fix It to anyone looking for professional help on repairs in their home over and above the rest.

Called them to redo a gate sliding mechanism that they had open earlier. The first time they came everything went grate. The second time around the team was externally lazy and arrogant. One of the team members name was Gesraile. He didn’t even try to understand the problem. Very disappointed.

Excellent level of experience and service provision from WeWillFixIt from Rod & Ben. Very professional and diligent and did the job well without any mess or fuss. I had 6 light fixtures installed as well as a large mirror wall mounted. Rod & Ben were very polite and professional. Our villa AC service was carried out very professionally with care and attention. The onsite team arrived at the agreed time and completed the task in a very timely manner and without fuss. Alexander was very helpful and informative and took the time to assist me in understanding some other potential issues within the villa that needed attention.

Our experience with maintenance companies in Dubai has not been great, however, We Will Fix it were professional and competent. Their fees are reasonable when you consider that many of the competition just keep trying things (due to their lack of knowledge) until something works. This saved a lot of that in terms of time and money when they came to resolve our air conditioning problem.

The WWFI team came in for a general maintenance and were very professional. The care taken to ensure all house rooms and items were protected and returned to their position. They also left the house as clean as before which was much appreciated. Their quote for repairs was very reasonable so all confirmed. I will surely be using them again in the future.

The task required was to clean the underground tank, the team have delivered a great job, and Also they recommended changing the foot valve of the pump, however they left with a pump not working fine, they promised sending somebody in the afternoon, however in course of time I tried priming the pump couple of times on my own and reset the pump, this has resolved the issueSo what it needed was really a bit of patience and persistence.I would have gave them 5 stars unless this issue popped up at the end.

Raymond and Robin in did a fantastic job plumbing in my washing machine. Checked everything, were well prepared and walked me through everything they were doing. You pay a bit more but worth it for peace of mind knowing things have been done properly.

The team did a great job fixing the AC in our MBR and bathroom. They arrived on time and executed the work quickly. Everything is working well now. Worst service ever!They don’t answer the phone, they quote lower prices so that they catch you on the repair to increase the job cost, they try to make you pay extra working hours, you have to fight to obtain what you want, extremely disappointing company!!

Had Rod & Martin hang around 20 painting in our house as well as a tv and ceiling lamp. They did an amazing job and I was really impressed with the care they took and attention to detail. I hired We Will Fix It to clean my house water tank of my villa in the Springs. The team came on time, they had the necessary equipment on hand. They cleaned the water tank from top to bottom with pressured water and approved chemicals. They finished in around 90 minutes. They even checked and cleaned the faucets filters inside the house. The team was professional, friendly and accommodating. In terms of cost, they are not the cheapest company in the market. Perhaps they could offer small discounts to keep the customers happier. All in All, I am satisfied with their provided service
