At the time of signing the contract they said 24 hours maintenance but no one will come after 6 pm nor they will respond to calls. Very bad service.

One of the worst and greedy real estate company in dubai. They made a foul play by not cancelling my Tennancy on time and brought it to the RDC, since i asked to return my security deposit and taking advantage of the situation that i was out if country. They made false statements and demanded me to pay 36K aed for the period even after vacating the apartment and handing over the keys. They did also alter my one of the old rental cheques and submitted it to get bounced for supporting the case. Never saw such an unprofessional and greedy company

Unacceptably rude owner/manager. I was the one with the complaint. But the manager was the one yelling at me.In the end he called us Garbage and asked us to leave.This type of arrogant behaviour should not be allowed anywhere.

Im really fond of the Dania Property office buildings, especially the Dusseldorf Business Point in Al Barsha stands out. Ive been working in their building for more than ten years now, and the management has been extremely supportive during the current pandemic crisis. Their buildings are both professional and have a uniquely creative ambience to them. The staff are very responsive and friendly, very quick to resolve any of the rarely occurring issues you may face. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for professional, flamboyant work spaces.

Very poor in responding to maintenance issues and work is not done to satisfaction as same issues keeps surfacing after sometime. Not professional.

Extremely poor & irresponsible maintenance team provided by Dania Property management at Al Thani Building - Al Nahda-2 Dubai. I had informed my concerns through various emails and had telephonic chat with concerned, but no action. My Refrigerator, Microwave and more than 35 Philips bulbs are damaged in last one year due to serious wiring issues, but Dania management paying no attention. I informed them that on two different occasion, bulb burst over my child while he was sleeping, but they paid no attention.

So visited this office to rent a flat through an agent. Met with one representative & shared that I wanted to get two bed room for me & a family member which will join me after a while. It was all ok before i visited and once he learned i was not what he expected, nationality wise, (from the approach he showed me) he made it hard for me not to take the flat. Its funny at present with all the oportunities to take any flat you want, & this person not helping or putting an effort to rent his flat. Instead our positions was swapped with this person, me showing interest and him the rejection. He was not welcoming & I doubt if it happens for any other nationality. Asked to see the manager or get an email the receptionist provided me reception email even though i clearly asked for the manager. Learned their service is not equal for all so i learned. Unprofessional staff.

I am staying in one of their property in Al Barsha for the last one year, the building cleanliness & security provided are excellent. They have dedicated maintenance team which attends all my maintenance request immediately. I recommend their property for those who are in search for flats in Dubai.

Its the worst experience i ever face in my life regarding the maintenance in my life, they were a person used to do good things back in 2019 but all of the sudden he is not available and when i call the dania office no one is even bother to answer me or if i am lucky and answered they will keep me on hold forever , worst worst worst .

Glad that I listened my friend and called Dania Property, got better rate, the staffs are really helpful would like to mention especially Mr. Abdullah who was patient with my questions and needs, the building is clean and staff who is working on that building is friendly and ready to help you, also maintenance were fast than what I expected.

Compared with some others, Dania is well-managed organisation. At least they are willing to listen to customer feedback and suggestions. I used to stay in Dania managed property many years back but shifted to Sharjah. My present landlord is not willing to listen to our requests. He even put up a rude notice in the building saying No discounts for renewal and all of sudden started charging for parking. I am considering to move back to one of Dania buildings in June.

Misbehaving staff.

Dania is 30 years old and a leading property management in Dubai. I believe the ones who wrote the below reviews have conflict of interest with company beside they violate the review rules and the UAE laws of the Electronic Crimes.

The owner of this company, may God help you with a rule, you lose customers from your employees in all sincerity, and God is witness to me. I am shocked by the lack of respect for employees who deal very badly. Renewed together people. The first time in Dubai I deal with this bad deal in this way from the reception because an employee refused to reply to a mobile phone they take more percentage From 5 per cent to secure a marriage contract request for tenants, and you communicate with them because of the contract, they want to be honest, I mean, personally, I would not advise anyone who has a bad reception in Dubai. I am sad because in companies that deal in this way in Dubai, they are not used to this service bad. I have been set up because if its star alone, it is not an inception
