Useless staff. In customer service there is a female named. Jawhara. Why she is working for doing nothing. No Basic acknowledgement to the email. Not bothered to update the owners request on time. Once I visit the office for sure there would be thunders.

I am very sorry to say, staff are not at all professional neither they care to solve the problems and issues faced by the tenant moreover they are not ready to talk and have a discussion also.Mine room facing water heater leakage problem logged a complaint on 09.11.2020 and requested for maintenance and guess what as on 16.11.2020 nobody is bother neither Fakhruddin Integrated Maintenance service people or Fakhruddin Properties people to call and inform about the status of delay or any final solutionMe and my family daily having raining season in washroom with no hot water service for a week despite of paying all my rent upfront, god knows when this rain will stop.Google should have negative star options also in their review 1 star also do not qualify

Highly unprofessional!!! Do not rent any apartment with this agency. The term after sales doesnt exist for them. They ask you to pay and later dont return your money, dont give contracts on time, dont fix problems in the room, etc... Especially, Sales Manager who responsible for Oasis Tower 1 in Sports city, never take your calls and very irresponsible.

Piss poor service by the entire management and stAff that we have been dealing with. Our deposit hasnt been returned yet. we have an air-conditioning issue that isnt fixed even after a month of living in this God forsaken place. I hope our issues will be addressed and solved. Theyd be all over the place when it comes to us paying but THEY DO A PISS POOR JOB when its about fixing or managing our issues.Please this is a kind reminder to anyone who is planning on renting out here, DONT DO IT.

I had a very bad experience witja security in Presidium building 2 in DSO. He was unhelpful, not wearing mask, was bothered just because i interrupted him while he was locking himself in the CCTV room playing pubj game!! I am hoping to have someone contact me to give you the details

Unfortunately very bad and unprofessional experience. occupied a room for my labors in Alquoz with FP, During Covid19 Scenario all of the staffs are sitting jobless,As authorities instructed i send several emails to to get some reduction on my rentals,no response, then i call to a responsible person who is there at the time of signing the contract, and got a reply which was really a surprise, for all the current tenants dont expect any support from them, at the time of renewal they will do something !!!!! in order to renew first business has to be alive. For that we are looking for some assistance from land lords. First and last deal with these guys. If you are planning to have a deal with FP imagine you never get response on your emails and never expect any help or assistance usually landlords do. i have other bad experience also i dont want to go in detail.but this one really unprofessional.

That is why, at Fakhruddin Properties, we have a great Recreation Room to unwind and relax our stressed minds - some of us choose to play Table Tennis, some, a game of Carrom or Billiards or even read a book, we have a good collection of books for our employees to read.There is a lot to learn at Fakhruddin and if someone does bid us goodbye, they take with them a lot of knowledge which is not limited only to their work profile.
