Total disregard for tenant complaints. They simply collect money and have nothing to show for their fee. In-action at all levels. Many complaints of our neighbor having at least 15 to 20 men living in the villa. Garbage and human excrement in the yard. This complaint is now 1 year and still no steps taken.

This is the worst company to ever take care of your building. They will rip you off with bizarelly high fees and cut every corner in the game. They will reduce the number of cleaners, and cheat with the working hours. Ever since they took over our building in JLT, things went down hill. Sewage pipes breaking in the basement for years, mismaagement of AC units, wrong adjustment of water valves, no experienced staff on site, allowing sharing of apartments for workers when it is a family building, rude staff, no removal of garbage at night, humidity everywhere and AC dripping in houses. They are sheer bad at their service and they are unapologetic. If you try to complian hard, they ask their lawayers to send you scary legal bluff. They do not care about custmer service rating or complaint.

I would rate in the negative if it was possible. Worst management and maintenance. Completely unprofessional and rude staff. Especially, Osama the guy who manages Villa Myra Building. I have been running over my chiller bill for two weeks. He doesn’t answer his phone call, reply messages or emails. And when he does, he’s completely rude and unprofessional. I have been to their office twice no one is able to solve a problem. They put random amount on chiller bills. I was never at home in the month of April to July. How come chiller bill is 5times higher in the months I wasn’t home. No one in the office could explanation how it came to that. They just say pay. How will I pay what I never used? They think people pluck out money from the tree. Very terrible service. No one should use this management. It’s a disappointment!!!!

I think most of the people here took the words right out of my mouth. Unprofessional and rude are the two words that come to mind. Sumairah and Bilal have been unhelpful. Furthermore all decisions so far that they have made have only reduced the value of our property. Complete failure in management. Absolutely shameful that many people are jobless in this economy while this bunch are working for themselves without understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and the overall community best interest.

Very poor management and not able to manage the building ( al helal al zahaby) and the building manager (his name is Li) is useless so it’s better replace him with a watchman i think will be useful more than him. Around 2 months now trying to contact anyone from the management to fix the garbage room as it’s not closing and making very bad smell in all the floor but no use of trying. Calling the building manager but not answering his phone, sent to him on what’s app but also not responding. Made a complain in the website but nothing done cuz the same person is the one who’s handling the complain (building manager). When i called the office and told them about the issue the lady who answered apologized and promised me that someone from the management will call me back but also in my dreams.I’M NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO BUY OR RENT ANY APARTMENT IN A BUILDING MANAGED BY HOAM CUZ THEY ARE ONLY TAKING SERVICE CHARGE FOR NOTHING

My building is managed by HOAM and I am very satisfied, specially their community staff has been really good. Friendly, very professional, and I am looking at major upgrades.HOAM with their E-Services online payment has made things awesome!.

Really pathetic service...ACs not working in my building, faulty ACs installed when building built, they simply do not care and take insanely high number of weeks to acquire new AC components, and then they comfortably manage to get them installed...the contractors they hire are very rude to the tenants, and HOAM managers and the contractors keep tenants running in the loop to get simple issues sorted...and they dont even have the courtesy to explain the delays!they expect tenants to quit their day jobs and keep chasing HOAM and contractors for simple maintenance issues!

As a management company I think they are a total waste of money for what little they offer.. The staff are totally clueless. They have a tendency of never returning customers calls, overall a very unprofessional company. Would be glad once we get rid this management company..

The Security guards are not being paid since months and Ossama from HOAM is never returning any phone calls, ignoring messages and not picking up his phone. Unprofessional service! For what are we paying Service Charges?

I have an office in IT plaza building and despite the fact I pay 15aed/Sqm the maintenance of that building is appalling. The corridor to reach my office,on the 14th floor is full of mold for more than 3 year, the windows of the building are always dirty and part of the external wall of the building has fallen down years ago. That company is so incompetent that I decided to leave that building.

I am the owner on an office in the building IT plaza and HOAM charge me 13.352 aed for 904ft, so nearly 15aed/sqft for no maintenance at all.The building is in such bad conditions that my tenant decided to leave to the palace tower instead.And last and but not least, just to show you the lack of honnesty of those people, the 5 stars that you can see have no comments and are faulsy created by them.KARIM

I am handled over apartment in may 2018 and maintainance started from april 2018;which is illegal.its in pantheon bulevord.Now rents are fallen but maintainance is sane,which is burden on us.nonody listens ti me.

Simply put, good luck teaching out to anyone or receiving a response to any issue or complaint.Registering a complaint with RERA.

Very poor customer service, Al Helal Al Zahaby building 2, building security guard has their own individual patterns and regulations which make confused what to follow,The apartment is very poor maintenance,Seems the building manager has no clue how to handle the problems as his conduct is very rude and bad, very disappointed in him.

HOAM is one of the best FM company in UAE, I found them committed and hardworking. The staff has strong ability to master a situation quickly; highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines and an expert at organizing & directing turnaround situations.

No one answers the phone for million calls, late reply for web servicesmore than 2 business days. i want to move out the building ans still dont know how which make me a clash with the owner

This building is the home of the cockroach!So dirty! the toilets nasty, the plastic bags inside the bins in toilets never changed, period blood and human waste on the shattaf and toiletsthe sinks always nasty toobad smells are tried to be eliminated by air freshener instead of keeping the place clean

It is a nice management but I wish they will change the team who deal with customers. The team who deal with the customers always make you feel that will give you excuses instead of solving your problems

Since we have moved from our previous OA company to HOAM services in our building have improved. These guys know how to deal with contractors.
