The employee named Mohammed Raza played to show a building for 1 week after sending photos of the property, we had almost finilized a different property through some other broker and he insisted us to show the flat he promised tomorrow if we can hold. We did that and after travelling for half and hour we come to know that the flat which he showed wasnt the same which he sent on whatsapp. After showing the photo to him the only word he said after playing for a week was sorry its my mistake.Very unprofessional behavior. I would have given 0 Star but unfortunately u have to choose either one.

Weve dealt with the agent named Kevin. He is such a very professional, polite and kind guy. He showed us 2 apartments in New Dubai Gate in JLT and he even offered us some more options apart from what we have seen in the ads. He even followed up the status of the same after viewing and made sure that we had all our questions answered. Although the deal was not successful, he accepted it wholeheartedly and it was professional of him to tell us that it was amazing dealing with us. Thank you so much Kevin for accommodating us. Maybe not now, but I will surely recommend him to my friends who are looking for properties.

One of the most unprofessional brokers of all time. Contacted them for an apartment, took the agent’s number and contacted him. He was supposed to arrange for viewing but he never reverted. After one month, contacted them once again for an apartment and the lady operator took my number and informed me that the agent will call me back within due time. Once again, they never reverted. Utterly careless and that way of dealing tells a lot about how the Company will deal with customers after signing the pertinent Contracts. Not recommended at all.
