I had an extremely friendly experience at Deyaar Office Al Fattan Plaza, Dubai, today.Madame Sheriefaa, was helpfull, attentive, prompt, and knew her job very well.Keep up the good work, madame Sheriefaa.

Would like to write about what i had experienced today.I been to Deyaar Office , Al Fattan Plaza Today where I received an Exceptional service from all the staff member including the Branch Manager Himself Every one has helped me in everystep , Had Finished my Overall process in just 20 mins.I been to this branch office earlier also but from last 1 month , I have seen a Significant change in overall service it’s just an excellent service from the New Management , The manager and all the team members are helping in every best possible way.I must say that Deyaar now it has been changed and I must say that everyone should try there service and give them a chance now to feel the change.It’s truly an Exceptional service, Thank you Deyaar.

Waiting for long duration even If you have booked appointments still treats as walak-in

Poorest service ever...the staff at deyaar office at al fattan plaza is not only rude and uncooperative but are also adamant to impose useless fines over customersThe staff has no idea what is going on with their system of appointmentsThey try to levy fines on customers for the lapses made by their own office They expect you to leave all your work and sit all day with themThe managers are rigid and unresponsive to their own lapsesJust trying to extract money out of customersEven if you provide proofs to them about the mistakes they have comitted they will charge you a fine for that

If you have time to wait , highly recommended to waste your day ,

I call before i came saddenly nobody answer my phone callSo i tried to call main office and they said the timings is untill 4pm but i reach there at 1:30pmAnd then the security said we are going to close . How come? So i start argument with theme but even the manager he cant manage ..very rude all the staff are the same . Very very not recomended this company very bad service ..this is the worst company in dubai that i experience ever!

The staff was very cooperative and well mannered and there were NO waiting period , the work was done very fast by the lady staff which is apreciateable.

Pls avoid. Still waiting for my deposit after 2 months even after maintenance team cleared everything long back. The slowest office Ive ever seen. Absolutely no respect for peoples time.

Lack of planning. For one contract they are taking 1 hr time. Only 3 people are working. Suggest to get full day permission from your work before u go for contract.

Service totally changed and hope to go more better

1) The leasing agents think the properties they are hired to lease belongs to there pop.(father)2) if its a new contract you may finish your contract registration a little faster becoz u are asked to pay commission buy cash.. but when it comes to renewal or cancellation.. make sure u bring chips and cola .. as ull be spending atleast 4 to 5 hours with these buffoons...

The worst place in terms of service. No point in taking apointment. Will keep you waiting for another 3 hours with appointment. Even amidst covid19 regulations.

Very bad service with arrogant staff. Rude and unprofessional and do not treat customers with respect. The staff there were chatting each other in front customers were waiting to be served.

Overcharging clients, and bad maintenance

Booked appointment for 8:30 and its 9:15. 0 customer in queue and still I am waiting. Horrible slow process. To serve one customer it takes more than an hour. Wandering is this office in modern Dubai?

JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE IN/OUT SAY BYE TO YOUR REFUND,CHECK OTHER COMPANY BETTER THEN THIS

Renewing your contract is like your whole day is gone. It took 4 hours for me, with prior appointment at 12PM. After long waiting, once you reach the counter, it will take another 50 min to 1 hour.

Very unhappy situation..Apartment rent is not reducing..sales team are not cooperating..we tenant facing tough time with the real estate. Building is very unclean and lack of all proper facilities and maintenance works. Still rent is not decreasing..Required a proper remedial solution so that everyone could lead the life with budgeted funds.Thanks.

Even after taking an appointment at dubai branch still Waited for 6 hours just to reach the counter spoke to branch manager he was even helpless, very pathetic service unprofessional staff, highly recommend not to deal with such real estate you may only end with troubles.

Very bad customer service.. Took appointment in advance. 30 minutes slot was assigned. Had to wait more than an hour even though we arrived 15 minutes early.What the pathetic service.

Worst Service.Office timing also not suitable for job holders. Morning 8 to 4 pm. Whole day they needs for even single small service.But Rates and Buildings are Good compared to Al wasl properties .Its suggested to extend timing till 6pm and toll free for 24hrs contact. ONLINE Complaints should be available, cunning people inside, most of the managers are Egyptians I love Egyptians but these people shame for their Country.

Parking issue for visitors

Very bad service , very slow procedure over 2.30 hours of waiting which only 10 peoples were in my front. Only 3 desks are calling the token numbers rest are not working properly, the management should increase the desks and employees otherwise its disaster for dubai and poor reputation against another office services.Edit. After additional one hour still here and waiting around 3.4 hours of waiting still my token number didnt came .
