Why dont they answer to emails?! There can be an emergency and they dont bother, its unbelievable. Sending reminders its useless too. Dealt with Kaizen in my previous neighborhood and they were spot on in their customer service and way of doing things.

They are very impolite customer service, u keep talking with no response, a lady called Rinjita, the only words she knows is “ mam listen”.Every request you will waste uou whole day with no response, and every time i hv guest i should the gate pass, if i m going to Burj khalifa much easy to live in motor city.Poor quality for edacom.

10 days they cant fix issue with water leakage. After 15 emails they responded once with absolutely useless information. Leakage is now spreading in building corridor and yet nothing is done!?

I wonder why they have a customer service center when no one is replying to your request and complains.What’s worse than avoiding their responsibilities is, not communicating at all.It’s soo unfortunate and disappointing

I wish there was a minus star to rate this company! Their minimum duty is to keep public spaces are clean and safe, whether its leakages or birds or landscaping, they respond to nothing! I dont know what they earn their salaries for! They have been irresponsible and unresponsive about all complaints and feedback.

Worst company ever. No service and worst attitude towards residents and owners of this community. I can’t believe the company can survive in the market, maybe only in this part of the world.

The most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with, very disrespectful and rude. Giving tenants such a hard time to get out permits for any service you get outside their own company “Serveu”, they do not keep in mind the need of the tenants and throw responsibilities on other staff to take the blame off them. I would never recommend any property managed by them.

Very poor service deliberately delaying permits to force you deal with their company Servu which is worse than them.
