Not digital. Sadly this is one of the few companies in dubai that hasn’t progressed in the way the rest of the city has. The bank needs fresh leadership who actually understand the rules. No bank on the world requires you to cut a cheque for a TT yet this supposed digital bank forces you to go into the bank with a cheque that they make you sign and then give it back you! How absurd. Change your risk and compliance and IT people otherwise you will be left behind.

I went to this branch 10:08. However it was closed. I could see that all the employees were inside but it was closed. There was no clear explanation or signboard. Security guy was seating on chair behind closed door and showing some gesture. None of employee were display interest to explain to customers. Come on! You were there to service customers and we are in 21st century. Need to change the behaviour and mind set.

2 weeks i’m trying to figure out why i had a double reverted payment. They keep giving me a polite standard answer that they will get in touch and never do. I am so closing it after all this 5 years of worst banking i ever experienced in my life.

This branch is a waste of time only, the stuf are not helping for anything, today is my second day here only to do early settlement for a car loan, 1st day they said no manager at evening time to sign after 1:30 houra waiting time, and today they said they cant apply for it and it should be online service only. Dear managements for Emirates Nbd please find a solution, if you want online working then close the branches will be less headaches for your customers
