I ordered pizza at 08:34pm and they said it will be delivered within 45 minutes but it’s been 1:45 hours but the pizza didn’t reach to me. The call center and the manager is also playing around with us as the customer. Please be aware before ordering.False committment from the manager and the team for sending complimentary pasta when it was not sent along with the original order.

Freshly baked pizzas. Placed orders and received it on time.The Limo pizza is a favourite as it can fill up to 7-8 people.The only complaint I have is once a Limo Pizza which I had ordered ended up having the same pizza type for all 3 pizzas when I had selected 3 different pizzas to be added.Other than this, everything else was fine.

Pizza Hut have been delivering to our house since we moved in nearby five years ago.A software update and suddenly they dont any more. Hence two stars removed.Thankfully I have a gate pass to get into the Jebel Ali Free Zone where our nearest branch is located. The ladies who took my order were very friendly and efficient and the pizza was hot and delicious, hence the three stars.

DO NOT ORDER! Manager is so unhelpful. Staff gives wrong information. They made me wait 40 minutes to call and say they will not deliver. Ridiculous service. Rude staff rude manager. The worst pizza hut in UAE.

The worst Pizza Hut branch ever, you have to wait for more than 45 minutes for the pizza to be prepared. I am never going to visit this branch again.

I ordered the party meal for home delivery, shortly after placing the order I received a call from the restaurant telling me that it will take one hour to arrive. This was understandable as it was a large order. The issues started to arise when it took more than 2 hours to reach and on top of that the pizza was stale and wings were literally inedible due to how cold they arrived. The cherry on top was my guests waking up in the morning with stomach aches and vomiting from the food. This was an atrocious experience pizza hut and it definitely needs to be looked into.

One star for not having first in first out system and found its okay to do with priorities someone else while I was patiently waiting. When raised concern had to reconfirm my order for them to prepare take away.Get well soon .

We ordered 3 medium for 79 and all three pizzas were not cooked well. The topping was just like raw topping with no proper time given to bake/cook so it penetrates well.Unfortunately very bad experience with uncooked pizzas !!!

It’s good to have a Pizza Hut outlet in the outskirts of the city, but there are few drawbacks as the staffs are quite laid back, apart from that it’s pretty standard and good when you crave for some Pizzas 🍕The ambience cleanliness and quality offered is as per standard Pizza Hut norms and they have adequate parking space too.

Pizza Hut located near Round About 13 is conveniently accessible to employees working in JAFZA north or south zones. Service is relatively quick & professional.

Waiting more than 45 mins for 3 takeaway pizzas more than it should be. We didnt ask for gourmet food. It supposed to be fast food instead of waiting there and spend all break time for takeaway food.

Its a small branch mainly used for take outs or fast dinning. Nothing more. Clean place and good staff. Good food for whenever you leave work and youre starving.

I wish I could give Pizza Hut 0 stars. I ordered a pizza at 8:10pm yesterday. After 1 hour I am told the pizza was delivered to the wrong address, and will take another 10-20 mins to arrive. I wait another hour before calling, they say its on the way and will take 20 minutes max. I speak to the manager and they explain that there are problems with delivery and overload of orders (thats fine) but what isnt ok is that staff members lie about the arrival time. I ask to cancel the order but the manager says he isnt able, and that I have to call the branch myself. I do this and they tell me the order is on the way and will arrive in 30 mins (11:30pm) I say just cancel my order, I dont want to wait 3:30hrs for a pizza. He assured me the order was cancelled, but at 12:00 midnight my doorbell rings. We try to call the branch but he tells me its too late and that they are closed. I assumed they sent the pizza anyway as compensation/sorry, and I take it, because I wasnt going to risk getting charged AND getting no pizza. I called today to confirm if I was charged and they said I was. I spoke to their manager Nagla after being put on hold for so long and she said there was nothing they could do. No refund, no compensation, only that they could file a complaint.This is how Pizza hut UAE treats their customers. I will be staying away from them and letting others know how disgusting their service is.

This has not been mentioned anywhere in the website.Just wasted nearly one hour thirty minutes on the order, and no lunch after all with payment to be refunded after 10 working days.

Ordered a pizza at 17.50 and it reached at 19.30, 1 hr and 40 mins, I live 3 kms from the branch, totally ridiculous, worst part is that last week ordered too and after 1 hr and a half that didnt arrive I cancelled, today decided to try again and exactly the same, you guys need to fix this place, ah yeah and it arrived cold

Being a regular customer in the same branch I have experienced a very poor customer service from the person at the cash counter , at first making us pay 20 DHS extra for Pepsi and later giving us Pepsi in a glass and when later on we asked for a full Pepsi of what we paid for he treated us very badly and also after a big quarrel he gave us a bottle of Pepsi but refused to give cups and also abusing us asking us to bring the cup from home.

Very bad service. They didnt have plates to give to customers. No one to clean the table.They deserve negative ratings.

Told me they delivered to Al Ghadeer. I payed for my order and delivery charge. I get a call an hour later and figure out they absolutely refuse to deliver to my area. (Keep in mind Ive had deliveries from here before).So after spending 30 minutes on the phone for their own mistake, and not getting the food I payed for they cant even offer any compensation or even a voucher. They didnt even offer to give me my money back so I had to make a few phone calls just to get my refund which will take an entire month.Will never order from here again or recommend this location to anyone for atrocious customer service.

Only Pizza hut outlet in Jafza. Offers both dine in and take away. Salad bar available.Outlet is located at the Enoc station towards the back side. Ample parking space available. Table available for around 20 guests max.Service is good with friendly staff around. I visited in the evening. Salad bar had dried up and not all the bowls were topped up after the rush hours. Pizza was ok and upto pizza hut standards.

Dont have payment by card option... Dont have change... Didnt even have cups for pepsi.... Made me wait 40 mins for a small pizza order
