Making pizza and making garlic bread

We didn’t really likes the three types which we ordered, Chicken Ranch, San Francisco and Ultimate cheese , it wasn’t as expected.

This is a very good location for families as there is a large seating area on 2 levels. The service was very attentive with people asking if you need anything at regular intervals without being too fussy and the food was fresh and served quickly. Clean and warm ambience. A place to eat when you may not want to pay the lofty prices of the other outlets. The salad bar was fresh and tasty.

Loved the pizzas we tried out specially the Hot Stuff Flavour & the red pepper chicken flavour along with garlic bread , cheese balls , mojitos and a classy cookie dough dessert . The service can go haywire specially during weekends but overall a great experience

Location is on the JBR walk.... and service was good.... But did not enjoy the Pizzas.... the Crust was not at all crispy and Vegetarian Pizzas where not upto the mark....

One of the worst experience I ever seen.Staff is extremely slow, doesnt understand English well, waiting 30 minutes to can sit. Charge extra money for chicken, even I didnt find any chicken on my pizza. We ordered two pasta, after 30 minutes they come with one, arguing with us that we order just one. I visited this place twice and always disappointed.

Mistakes are okay. Not being able to solve a mistake is NOT ok.Something went wrong with the packaging/delivery of the pizza and this is how I received it. 2 hour later, I get handed from one person to another with lame apologizes and nothing in return. I called a hundred times. They did not replace it, nor gave me back my money!Accidents happen, but this is why quality assurance and customer service exist. In this case, not with Pizza Hut UAE!!!!!!

The food is good old pizza hut food. But its the staff that is truly amazing. Had my wifes birthday dinner there and the staff was super courteous and made the distance to make it an amazing celebration. Thank you so much guys! Youre awesome!

First time visiting here was good. However, tonight the two individuals taking orders and cooking food were constantly coughing over the food prep area while they having casual dialogue without a barrier of any sorts. When I asked for a refund they refused saying they can cook my food fresh. Who wants food that both of them had been coughing over?

The worst customer service ever unfortunately I work in the area and go for lunch there regularly not even once we have been accommodated or served properly the staff are always in bad mood dont smile and very rude but they cant be blamed as their supervisor is even worse than them so obviously they dont have an ideal to look up to the supervisor is the worst person I have ever seen and felt with in my life. Its a big well known company and having people in if euth such bad attitude at one of the most tourists attraction area in Dubai is just unacceptable . Just to be fair only two waitresses were good and as per the standards it is a shame to be working with such a rude unprofessional crew

Love this particular Pizza hut! The food is always fresh and supremely tasty! The service could be better but i guess its not like this is a five star restaurant.

New menu with premium pricing much higher than the regular outlets. Pizza topping very poor. Much advertised San Francisco dough was out of stock!Salad was good though.

The worst ever experience in my life. I got the menu after 45 minutes of waiting and waving at the waiters. They walk by and just ignore you. And then another million hours for our orders to reach, hours apart. Why even open the restaurant at all if you dont have the capability to serve? Dont waste your time here people.

Good old fashioned pizza! Nice salads and great seating area in JBR. Its a nice place to visit with kids.

No customized service. Ordered chicken appeared spicy, though has not been mentioned in menu and not informed by cashier while taking order.

Food is not cooked well (served half cold) and they got our order wrong. To be fair they did apologise for the error, but the food was barely edible. My advice, stay away.

This was my first visit at pizza hut in JBR today along with my wife and friends and we never gonna visit again ever.The food took more than 40 minutes to arrive at the table, at first we received a pizza which we did not order hence sent it back, then our pizza finally arrived but there was no chicken on it, so the waitress instead of baking a fresh pizza she puts the chicken topping on the top of the pizza and serves it, we asked her if this was a fresh pizza at least she was honest to say no and she put the topping, she then told that we would get a discount on the bill. We asked for a manger she said there was no manager on shift.So the bill finally came there was no discount then from no where the manger arrived and said now that the bill is printed he cannot do anything these were the exact wordsThere was zero customer service and very bad customer experienceWe did pay the bill and left but will never return.....

Pathetically slow and unprofessional service. Mans asking us for our order before presenting us with menus! Asked about five times for some tissues which they kept saying they were bringing but never came. Pasta was actually disgusting. Come on this is a pizza hut franchise, people expect a certain level of customer service - sort it out guys youre located in a prime tourist hotspot.

We arrived at the restaurant at 13:30, we werent acknowledged and sat down until 13:40.When we were finally sat down, we were sat at a dirty uncleaned table, granted they took the dirty plates. But when trying to get attention for someone to clean the table to we could relax properly like you should be able to at a restaurant we were ignored and they just walked past us. They finally cleaned and took our order at 13:50.Bearing in mind there was three of us ordering, the first thing to arrive was 2 of our pizzas. 25 minutes after we ordered.10 minutes later we then received one of our starters with hardly any dip to go along side it, as I can only explain as two pea sides drops.We were then told that they didn’t have the drinks we ordered which was 7up when we asked what else we could order they continued to tell us they did have 7up.So then finally 2 minutes after our drinks arrived. Our third pizza then came another 5 minutes after that. And just a few minutes out last starter finally arrived we thought... Well the wrong starter so we sent it back and they finally gave us the right one another 10 minutes later.Upon eating our food it was lovely however we were then ignored to get the bill and took another 15 minutes just to get that.Weve never experienced this at a Pizza Hut and it makes us not want to give our custom to this chain again.

Visited there with my daughter had a medium pizzas, excellent service and pizza yummy.

Surprisingly decent pizza and chicken wings.

Horrible customer experience. Placed an order online. they will take your order and then tell you that it will take around 1.5 hour to deliver. One of the worst form of deception!!!! Would not have placed an order if i knew it will take such a long time!!!! such nonsense.

Service was fast and staff was very cooperative, the only thing disappointed me that there was ni family deals we had to buy everything separately

Bad customer service. No one attended us for 15min while we sat there. No WiFi. No children activity books so they can do something while we wait. Starters came after the main course.

Amazing place .

Trust me, you’d be doing yourself a huge favor by not coming to dine here and experiencing the huge lack of hygiene or the terrible service. Pizza is easy to get and enjoy elsewhere.

We rarely report bad experiences but this store must be reported to PizzaHut management and hope it will actually be considered.We have not been to pizza hut for more than 6 months due to the worsening experience evertime we visit. We gave it another try today and its going to be our final. Visit details: JBR (Dubai) branch, 1800 on 19OCT2018. Store manager in charge name ‘Moustapha’. Store was only around 20% occupied (not busy at all). No seating host on entering, we waited for over 10mins no one provided menus, we picked up menus from nearest station ourselfs. On first complaint, we finally ordered. Toilets were worse than ‘dirty’ and we couldnt be used - salad bar missing many items. Floors were oily and slippery - a cleaning person passes by with “a very smelly” mob which infused extremely bad smell that we couldn’t stay another minute.

Food is as same as any other Pizza Hut.But the deliver counter is designed very poorly.Hard to wait after ordering as there is little space for people to wait and a small space for both already ordered and going to order crowd.
