Pasta was really good perfect basil creamy sauce... where as pizza was disappointment mainly because of pizza base was extremely soggy and felt under cooked

We aren’t the biggest fans of mall dining although we love to discover independent food chains after a shopping spree than carrying a beeper in an over-crowded food court or sitting inside a popular chain where dining is busy and impersonal. 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria at Deira City Centre is situated between hugely standard favorites in the likes of Chili’s, Hatam etc. but thankfully it is making a mark to stand out from other pizza joints in the region. It is just one of those pizza chains, I can honestly say, I’ve begun to love.

Terrible experience. I asked before ordering what is the size of the medium pizza and they told me 9 inches. So I ordered 2. They brought the pizzas not with the right measurements (8in). If you decide to visit them be aware. After confronting the supervisor he only offered apologies. In any other food establishment they wouldve offered some snacks while making us wait for their own mistake. Attitude is crucial especially when serving a client. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Extremely poor customer service. Served uncooked garlic breads to customers. The attendies need proper training to assist customers. I predict this branch will be closed soon if the staff will keep treating the customers the same way arrogantly.

800 degree pizzas so bad they dont deserve to be in business. I would have been better off having toast and butter rather than ordering their pizza by delivery...

Tried the Chicken Tikka Pizza, was delicious but very spicy. Service was good.

Food was let down by an interminable wait. Just 3 wait staff for 23 tables, and the kitchen was just as slow.
