Brings shame to the name!The service is slow, the lady is rude and when I asked for Ketchup for my 9 yo boy (they gave me one sad packet) it felt like I’m asking her to give me one of her children.Never again in this branch, Venellis is a few steps away guys

They dont have a menu?? It was so crowded on the Friday I went and I thought if there was a menu I could just check which pizza I wanted so I wont hold up the line but I couldnt do that. Thats why the three stars... and the fact that the hype for limo pizza was exaggerated. I thought my three pizzas would be connected as 1 LONG pizza but it was just three rectangular pizzas put into one fancy box -_-

I cant cant recommend this branch of pizza hut!while ago Im in the queue to order and when its my turn the staff told me that they dont have change .meaning I cant order!ts 3pm! I asked the staff that even I have money I cant buy their food?

Yesterday I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant since I came to UAE 10 years back.Actually the rating of my experience should not be even 1 star. It has to be Big Zero.I went with my pregnant wife to get Limo pizza. After loooooong waiting time I went to collect my order for dinning in the food court to find that it’s not in the normal long box for Limo pizza, it has been packed in 3 small paper plates on 2 trays. I got shocked and found it very cheap way of cost cutting. I had to carry both the trays along the food court. We couldn’t finish the whole pizza. So, I came back to the counter asking for a proper take away package in order to be able to take it home. The supervisor over there gave me 2 boxes in a very rude way and asked me to take it along with the trays and find a table to put the pizza by myself in the boxes using my hands. I got really shocked as I was expecting same level of professionalism like the other restaurant that she will use a catcher or any tool to put the pizza in the boxes and put it in a proper bag and hand it to me. That was my first time to have a situation like this at any restaurant ever. In order not to make a big issue in front of other customers, I decided to put the pizza in the boxes and leave. Me and my wife in front of everyone started to use our hands in order to do her job and put the pizza in the boxes.Then we asked for a bag. She said rudely, we don’t have. I got really disappointed and upset and when I was about to leave, I got shocked when she asked me to clean the counter and remove the trays back. At that moment I realized that I was too much polite than how I should be with an unprofessional, impolite and rude employe like that supervisor lady. Even when I told her don’t test my kindness more than that and push me to complain about you, in a very careless way she was showing me her name showing that she doesn’t care.This attitude is shame on Pizza Hut and on all Americana group.

One thing I am very much sure that many others would agree with me on, is that the quality of their pizza does vary from a branch to another, even from time to time!Sometimes it is so fresh balanced ingredients well cooked while some other times its like pre cooked frozen pizza that has just came out of microwave.. 😂But they would remain one of the easiest options to fill our stomach when there is no time for cooking or to order a fancy meal..

They take soooooo long as if they were making the dough from scratch. I would avoid if you are in a hurry you will wait more than 20 minutes and that’s when there is no customers.

U should change your Cook... hell of difference in taste from other outlets...Also provide them some menu cards.. people waiting in queue to check the menu... as u have only 1 menu card...Also Male staff not cooperative..

Worse service. Rude staff.Didnt have supplies.Didnt give me cups with my drink.Didnt have ketchup.Didnt have a carry bag for my take away pizza. Ended up looking like a delivery boy all across the mall.The staff was least bothered. Felt like they did me a favor selling me a pizza.

Good pizza but they always forget adding the salads or other side dishes which I payed for. Every time I purchase from this branch I have to show them the bill and remind them to add the side dishes I ordered?!

Went on last Saturday, surprised no Menu card there to choose and select. Strange ?!Brought Limo pizza, but not provided with some paper plates and tissue papers. Everytime we have to ask and then only providing. Not happy with service from pizza hut yesterday 😣

This place is situated on 1st floor in mirdif city centre, their food tastes amazing and they have buy 1 get 1 free tuesdays .
