After being persuaded to spend more money to get a voucher in LIFE pharmacy whilst buying supplements the cashier failed to tell me such supplements would not be redeemable with the voucher I had just received by spending more money, issue 1. Today I ask an assistant on arrival what brands and products can be redeemed as what I originally wanted is not included. I ask about shampoo and conditioner, she says yes it is. There happens to be an offer 2-4-1 on these products. Therefore I select products on this basis. I get to the till and I am told I have to pay full price and not redeem the offer for these items if using the voucher. This is all despite my proactivity in asking if there are restrictions when making purchases using the voucher. Serious lack of apology and customer service. Also VAT has to be paid even when redeeming voucher. Serious lack of clarity, misinformation and ultimately misselling from my first experience. I choose not to shop at LIFE again.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a broken shaker and return when I realised after one used rhat it had a leak. They got back to me after 5 working days telling me that they could not do anything about it.....45aed for a broken shaker, follow up by a tqke it or leave it policy... very disappointing.

Worst customer service, no response to calls or whatsapp.Even management are very bad, I tried to reach them to complain this very bad service but no answer.I advise strongly to go for other pharmacies but not this one.
