Service is very poor. If you go to buy otc medicine then they will give the biggest pack without giving an option. They gave the medicine with an old manufacturing date and will not replace it even though its not been opened .

Disappointed and almost feel cheated. They sold me a 3 year old medicine, due to expire within the next 2 months. So please do check the expiry dates of the medicines before buying from here. Cant trust the pharmacists blindly. Medicine was not replaced when I raised the issue, as I had consumed 1 tablet already (Customer service 👎)

Generally helpful team. Once I remember there was an elderly man who had fallen in the carpark I believe. I followed him from the Greens souk entrance to the pharmacy trying to alert the guards and staff and the pharmacy stuff were quick to render him aid till the ambulance came and picked the man up for further treatment.Sometimes maybe you won’t be able to find everything but they’ll suggest an alternative. Today I ordered via phone through their Call Centre and it was very easy and convenient as well to get my medication delivered.

Pharmacist was really helpful. I had to explain I had back pain and something else paining after a bad massage in JBR. I was getting shooting pains from the back. He prescribed some diclofen powder that worked in 30 mins on the pain. He also prescribed some gel for back and the groin strain. I also got some good advice and licensed places to go. Nice community in the greens

Went for eye drops and pharmacist sold me a non-functioning product. When I went back to complain told me “it takes hours to work”. BS.

Went for strepsils because of soar throat and got a bad advice. Sold me some expensive non-functional product.

It has many things but theyre always trying to sell you something extra or more expensive than what you actually want. Very annoying especially if your asking for something embarrassing having to keep asking many people and declining all the other extra items they try to push you to buy.

Small pharmacy tucked into the Greens Village shopping area. Friendly staff.
