Would give below one star if there is an option! Horrible customer service especially an Indian old lady. Bad behaviorIf you care about customers she should not be there.

FALSE PROMISE with impracticable conditionsTheir price promise seems to be a marketing gimmicks. You can get same provide eden 20% lesser in onlineEven if you ask for the price difference - as per their claim - showing the online price, they will ask you to produce the purchased copy of bill with in two days !!So effectively, you need to buy same product from other vendor. That is their policy as claimed by their customer service.Please refer below message from LIFEIn order to claim for the price promise we have some terms and conditions and according to that customer needs to have a bill of the same item purchased from elsewhere which is not older than 2daysIs that fair? Very poor service. Had to wait long for the the staff to come to us. She didnt listen or ask us what we need as if she is not interested to give medicines to us even though it was not busy. There was only one customer other than us, still the staff was not listening to us even after we approached her many times. This rating is not for life pharmacy but is for the staff there in Qusais oasis branch.

Last week of January 2021 I made a purchase of Hand sanitizer spray from Life Pharmacy Dubai residential building branch Al Qusais. Unfortunately after using half of the bottle, the spraying nobe was not working and When I reported this to the same outlet the response and attitude of staffs were not really good and they said hey have to take approval from management for replacement. When I called them today they said because of hygiene reasons they cannot replace. I was totally wondered as if I was asking them for replacement of undergarments... If the product purchased is not usable because of the product defect, it is the responsibility of manufacturer to replace it. It is not about cost, but the attitude and how pathetic the customer support of Life Pharmacy is...

Worst SVC offered by staff.Not a recomended place to buy medicine.

Very good and knowledgeable staff. Their home delivery service is not so good.the delivery person will not be available according to our time and it will take long time .we can but vitamin supplies and accessories with them.

Waited half an hour to know that they had just kept the doctors prescriptions on their table after taking it from me. It’s not that there was a crowd, just sheer lack of coordination or ignorance.
