Rating - it should be zero to rate not even 1 star they are entitle for. Pathetic service specially the lady staff who attended the enquiry. She got 10 reasons to not to assist or to find solution for such delicate profession which they are into. Its life saving medicine which they made unexpected delay finding various reasons of rejection took since last Thursday. The same request was processed by aster in less than 15 minutes - just on 1 call they got the approval and medicine picked in next 1 hour time. Idea behind sharing is just to caution all the residents to be aware of the situation created by life pharmacy- al hawi branch today they lost 1 life time customer associated with them.
