Unfortunately the staff in the baby section is not very friendly or helpful

Have been trying to call the shop in the number they have provided here, and at first nobody was answering. After several attempts suddenly it started to give me busy line. Poor customer service. Certainly not useful for an emergency.

Great selection for baby items. most of the stocks available on good discounts.

Some products are fine but most of the time they are over priced for extremely cheap things. When I first went to the place I thought it will be economical but you can find 10 times better products especially clothing for much lesser price on big brands like zara, H&M, okaidi. Don’t go there first look for stuff at nice brands. You will agree.

Very bad staff I went to 3 staff just for some help and no one willing to do that atlest one Arabic staff come to help us his name is Mohammad Hassan very bad my wife decided not to come anymore baby shop we are loyal customer its been 6 years 😕😟😞😦😟😟😟 by the way Dubai Mall store this happened.
