One of the most horrible experiences I have had today at the dubai mall dior store .The manager at the store and his colleague ofcourse he dint give his name purposelyThey are racist and have respect for the customers who are serious buyers.Never ever going back to this store ... just horrible

Dior 🤔🤔🤔or Chinese copy brand?Diors sneakers are the most original Chinese copy lol.I used 3 times i didnt and after this was the best result.I called and sent to the store at least they can wash or do something about. They never pick up the phone.. good at selling but when it comes to after sale its a shame.. u have to beg the sales person to provide after sales.. they just want to sell..In prove the after sale service

Prices are very high compared to the UK.They also don’t have any sizes available for most shoes and slippers.

My experience was so bad with a sales woman called Jenan it took her nearly half an hour just to do the receipt!!!

The Dior Cosmetics Store is Located next to Perfumery And Co in Fashion Avenue extension in Dubai Mall. Dior Beauty has a lot to offer from perfumes to wide selection of cosmetics.The store is spacious and comfortable & the staff is really helpful.Must visit when you visit Dubai Mall.

Purchased a bag for my wife in Dior in Fashion area. Did unboxing. There was a food stain on the bag, magnet sticker hampered with and finger prints/stains on the magnet.Been calling the store yesterday and today and no one answered it.People visit Dubai for a few days. If Dior is selling these types of products, is it worth to go?——Went back to Dior branch in Fashion area. Very bad service at first. Checked another bag for replacement. The bag had even more scratch. The staff was quite argumentative and angry. She advised either dont change or change to this one. We werent too happy so we stayed still. She suggested we go to another Dior branch in the mall which was in Gallery Lafayette to change it. So we went. The staff named Lahn was very helpful and professional. She made sure we save our trip and hassle (the other staff in the fashion area which I wont mention the name made us the unnecessary trip). The bags the Dior branch in Gallery Lafayette had no scratch at all.I would suggest going to this branch as the staff are professional, attentive and kind. They made us feel live VIP and treated us like VIP. Also their product is maintained properly. The Dior branch in Fashion area is bad.

I visited Dior at the Dubai Mall on May 17 at around 9-ish. I was extremely unhappy with the attitude of the customer service representative. When she spoke with my friend and I rudely because we asked about price of bag!!!! so you are here to ask about price of bag not to buy she said rudely and angrily. Not expected at all. She obviously lacks customer service skills. Although Im a loyal customer to Dior, I will consider my future purchases from the Dubai Mall branch

I bought a Dior wallet for my wife and I was surprised with the rude treatment from one of the asian staff (? Chinese ? Korean), she lacks the ABC of customer service, I really was so upset and I will never be in this branch again.

Extremely incompetent staff. Please dont buy your bag from this boutique. They dont pick up the phone and I was sold a diffected piece of lady dior mini.

We bought 18,000 Bags. After 1 hour, my wife did not like it and we wanted to give it back. But they did not take the bag back for funny excuses. Especially the lady who introduced herself as Melanie. (His Turkish was very good) While there were still a lot of customers inside, they paid back 18,000 dirhams and did not take the bag back. Or it didnt work. He said we could give it back in Zurich. We had to pay a fine of close to a thousand francs at the airport. We complained about you and your boss to the top officials. We have confirmed by the authorized people that you have to take back that bag under all circumstances and that you have to make a refund. I hope you never lie to your customers again. It is very bad in terms of prestige for a prestigious brand like Dior to employ such people. I hope Dior will fix this problem as soon as possible.

Disgusting. I don’t know about others, but a bag with a scratch on the inside was pushed into the Dubai Mall. They bring it already in the package. Scammers. I didnt get through, I had to return, and as they felt that the hipish begins immediately, they all changed pretty much.
