Life Pharmacy inside Carrefour Mall of Emirates Worst customer service ever! I usually buy vitamins in Life Pharmacy and I like the customer service but this branch I will never buy again! Just because I bought vitamins which is in promotion you are treating your customer like I’m taking it for free. After paying, the cashier rudely told me no return no exchange then the rest of the staff were talking in Hindi then laughed. I know you have a policy but from where all these rudeness came? Teach your staff how to behave

This Pharmacy policy is weirdThey dont return your money backI was sold 2 Magnesium for the price of 3 in other pharmacy. It is amazing how hungry they are for money. They issue a credit note for me in case I want to return to the pharmacy so they can retain me as a customer... Do I really want to buy anything from this pharmacy when the prices are 1 time more expensive than any other.Be aware guys the word refund is clear on the receipt but they added at the bottom of the receipt credit note refund. It is good they dont refund us by falafel heads or cucumber....The item showing in the bill cost me 105Aed for 2Different pharmacy it was 120 Aed for 3...Here you go.

Knowledgeable staff & pharmacist, service is a bit slow

Be careful they over charge clients always check the bank receipt. My invoice was 481AED instead I was charged 781 AED on my bank statement. I went back and they confirmed it was a mistake but failed to refund the 300AED

I had a very terrible experience at the branch in Mall of Emirates very arrogant and egoistic male pharmacist. I had bought some medicines (city centre Meissen branch) worth 800aed and the staff insisted to opt for the voucher 400aed I happened to use it at the mall of Emirates branch and upon presenting the voucher the male pharmacist was very arrogant. He behaved as if he is giving me things for free he should have some manners as he is dealing with the customers directly and such an attitude will not helpM never buying anything from your store again

One of their sales associates was so rude. I was comparing the contents of the sunscreens because i’m looking for what suits my skin type and she was rushing me to choose. She kept on saying are you done like three times. Worst customer service ever.

Worse costumer experience, bought a box of face mask for 88 DHS looking for quality, when tried the mask at home its defected and easily teared, they refuse to exchange or refund
