After being subjected to home haircuts throughout quarantine, my three pooches were thrilled to be going back to Furry Friends for their groom. It’s blazing hot, so they were all relieved to get a summer cut without looking like they had been attacked my a lawnmower! The team at Furry Friends are always so happy and really make us feel like we are family when we visit. Top marks all round.

Great groomer but doesnt support adoption anymore

The groomer didnt clarify enough about the dogs haircut and just went and chopped off all the hair! Specially that it was not a first time we come. If someone asks you to just wash and trim, it dosent mean useing lowest nubers trimmer to cut even the hair you can see being styled as a ponnytail! So disappointed! After complaining, didnt even get a sorry just excuses that this is how you understood the brief!

They did accommodate our last min request but they said fill grooming for 9 months old husky would charge 157aed . They did only bath n ear clean ... No nails and no reduction in offer then. Sad when you realise you would not be doing something in the package cause may be the dog doesnt need it then you will give some discount. On top it all.. there was a guy who was working around 6pm and said if you want Ill cut dogs nail then dont tell me in anger. We said now dont touch our dog with this attitude.. you will purposely hurt him now to show us.So this is what we were so upset about.. Our pets are our babies like family if we trust you and leave them to you its now your responsibility. We understand if there is any change in the plan but there has to be politeness towards customers and patience to explain them right.

If you love your pet, do not take there. We took our cat for a haircut some time ago - they did a poor job and didn’t remove the hair clots properly. The cat had bruises from the trim. We got our cat back with its whiskers cut off and it also got a skin disease since we last took there. This place is not hygienic.

Worst cut ever on my Havanese. Having been told specially 17mm long body hair, my dog was trimmed to what I think was likely 10mm and the hair on her head left out of proportion. It was relatively uneven and way too short

Very professional staff and super sweet with the animals. Been taking both my dogs (2yo and 5mo Lab mixes) here for grooming for the last months and order regularly from their shop via instashop.Especially the 2yo is BIG and can be pretty loud and the little one can be a bit scared at times. Both of them are completely at ease with all staff which to me is a reassurance since dogs usually are great judges of character haha!Also easy quick parking for drop off and pick up right in front of their door and plenty of parking for longer on the street side.

They love animals there.Go and Give these cats a second chance.Pets accessories are very cheap.Thanks.

Very reasonable and friendly

A bit difficult to locate but once you are in, the place has lots to offer especially on a Friday afternoon adoption day. Little kittens are well taken care of volunteers and for beginners they also offer a fostering option with a weekly commitment. Good for teenagers to foster and take care of young kittens.

We went to adopt 2 cats and dogs and it was too complicated with no support whatsoever. It actually encourage people to buy then to adopt. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place for adoption. There is much better places that assist you in the adoption

We had gone from mirdiff all the way to jvc ad furry friends had an event by the so called pretense of “adoption” but in reality it is a business. I hail from India and we were told by their staff miss dulani that please fill up a form and we will review your profile and get back to you, with aed 1000 price tag for each cat towards adoption fees. We agreed and filled up the form and when we went to another colleague of miss dulani to sumbit the form, mis gita asked us where are u from, my wife said India and her exact words were “maame u r wasting your time, they do not give it to indians, they will only give it to the europeans, u r wasting ur time” this statement was really racist and derogatory under all circumstances and under the tagline of adopt a pet, these guys are running a money racket where clearly giving preference over racial origin. REALLY DISAPPOINTED and i will put it up on all social platforms here on.

Very bad service and so complicated and they ask for high price this is not adapting pets they actually sell itThey asking 800AED to 1000AED for a cat and and when I comment on there Facebook bag that I bought lovely healthy cat with full medical service with just 250 AED they blocked my comments so they others people will not see my comments and know that there price is to high and there’s another places sale cheaper price than them I actually prefer not to deal with this people they are not honest at all

We went there for the adoption day. the place was crowded. and since it is small with lots of shelves and cages coming in and out we couldnt see much. every time they bring a cage one lady would jump and take the kitten and hold it till she decide to get it or not. the adoption costs 1000 dhs per cat and there are some kittens that should be adopted togather as couple.

I loved this place, i take both my pups Yorkshire terrier female and Maltese male here. They are pretty reasonable than most other pet grooming spas too.
