Excellent service and knowledge about tires. Very curtous and professional treatment. Due to their popularity, it took longer than expected to replace the four tires on our vehicle. Would (maybe) recommend choosing a day other than the weekend to avoid delays

I bought brand new battery from here for my car but later found out that it was a used battery. They gave me the instant check up report to prove me wrong but it was clearly showing as battery health is less than 50%.They initially were not ready to refund my money but finally after I threatened them about raising the complaint to police, got refunded.

Go there if you want scratched and damaged wheels.Unfortunately I took my car for a puncture repair, told the gentleman to very very careful when doing the job and to protect the wheels so the paint does not get damaged. I come back 30 minutes later to a completed distorted wheel paint.To top it off, they promised to get back to me on how to address this and so far nothing but “we will check and call you”Edit - Top top this off; the area they repaired is leaking again.Additionally when the manager saw the wheel, he immediately denied it was them who damaged my wheels.What an absolute waste of money, these guys are absolute scam.

The worst experienceThis is the story.Engine oil and filter were changed here with reasonable price.During the work, an engineer reported that I need to replace 2 front lower arms & 3 oil seals and it would be AED 2892.75.After that, I stoped by Jeep official A/S to check it out. The result is below,“Yes there are tiny crack on the arms but it is still usable and oil seals are also fine to use at the moment”So, if you have any offer from the shop, you need to double check it.

I want to recognize Wael for his professionalism and friendliness for my recent car service at Stop and Go Motor City. He’s very good and made sure that my car was done on time , he explained the other things that needs to be done in the future. Didn’t try to persuade to do it immediately. They were not able to repair the car of my son while I was visiting him in Dubai. At first they asked my son if he wants an after market compressor, my son being not a technical person asked what is the difference? Their answer was it is not the original one from Hyundai but will work the same and it is cheaper. My son accepted. Then they called us to get the car. My daughter in law drove the car from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and never felt a good air conditioning unit. We gave them the car back, they installed a new valve a new sensor and a new resistor and a new compressor. We got the car back. The air conditioning unit was giving a very bad smell. Today I drove the car with my wife and she said that our son Audi A4 air conditioning unit works better. Till today the pipe, the intake pipe near the filling cap is very hot compared to the same pipe in my son Audi and a BMW car that I asked to check that was in the shop at that time.My son got a word from me : NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.THE WHOLE STORY IS TO LONG TO TELL HERE IN A REVIEW.I WANT TO SAY THAT I WILL TELL MY SON NOT YO PAY THEM ANY MORE MONEY IF THEY DARE TO ASK AFTER ALL THE DELAY THAT WE GOT FROM THEM.If I was living in Dubai for long time, I would have asked for the Emirati office for Customer Rights to investigate the matter. (Do not remember the exact day).Today the air conditioning fan does not work again.I sent them a message that follows on their channel :The air compressor of my son Hyundai is not working again, after having been delayed for your technicians ignorance for some days. This happened at the beginning of this month.YOU SUCK AND YOUR WORK SUCKS AND YOUR TECHNICIANS SUCK.============================================================At about 12:50 I got a phone call from their call center from a Pakistani guy called Mohsin and he promised that someone from from the shop will call me.==============================I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE AIR COMING FROM THE VENTS SOMETIMES SMELLS VERY FOUL.==============================About 1:45 pm I accompanied my son to the shop and he asked for a refund. The present manager processed my son request and promised him that it will be done in 24 hours. Still the guy was not helpful because he asked us to wait because a customer came after us and he favored the customer more than us and his excuse was : The customer had an appointment.

Went there to fix a hole in my tyre and they refused to patch from the inside claiming the tyre is too old, even though I’d just passed the RTA road test. They patched it from the outside and now, just 3 weeks later, I’m having to go get my tyre filled up every two days as there is a quick leak which is so inconvenient. Such a waste of money, would never go back!

The staff is very professional and honest, their main goal is customer satisfaction, not only profit.

I’m very disappointed with their service. I have Audi 2014 Q5 and last month I have been there to get the oil leak issue fixed.They charged me almost 2400aed for replacing items which they said it will fix the issue. I have noticed after getting back the car that there is still oil leak and when I got back to them to ask about checking it they say it is fine!I went to another garage and they showed me in the same time that the leak is still there. For that I won’t ever trust Stop&Go garage anymore and I highly not recommend anyone to go there.

Please be careful while giving your car key to them. Its always safe not to hand over to them for tyre change. They broke my car hood handle. I really dont know why they need to open the hood for tyre change. Now it is costing me AED when i checked in the showroom for repair.Also, I noticed my car key fall down from the person with whom i was dealing for my car tyre change. They dont take care of the car and they handle it very harsh.

Changed my tires at Stop N Go Motor City. Every aspect of my purchase was a pleasure to experience. From the well laid out web site which was easy to navigate, to dealing with customer service over the phone and finding a suitable deal for me. Upon arriving at the location, I was impressed with the professional service and genuine care from Wael and Brian who looked after my vehicle and answered all my questions. The work was completed within an hour and I was on my way. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and would certainly use them again myself.

My friend suggested me that garage long time ago. I didnt have the time to visit them until today that I needed urgently 2tyres.The manager explained to me everything regarding the prices and he suggested me the best option for my vehicle. I was surprised from his technical knowledge and the way that was trying to help me.You know that is very difficult to trust someone your car but I believe I found my place!!!

Managers are unprofessional at all!!! Ive sent them VIN and asked to bring 3 filters: a/c filter, engine oil filter, and engine air filter. They sold me the wrong engine filter and wrong a/c filter.Everybody in the garage except managers is great and they know what they do. Check in person your requests! I wish their managers will be more qualified.

Been going to this shop for some time now. Usually I just argue with them whenever they forget to write me back or take 10 days to find the parts needed.Recently they went one step further and after 10 days from doing a full check on the car I had a major issue. They claimed the issue was not there when they checked and did not even appologize.Asked to discuss with the owners, but they avoided doing that.I will not be taking my car there and will recommend to all my friends not to do so. Very poor customer skill and workmanship.

The staff at this branch need to have better communication skills. Also the company’s WhatsApp service is useless. They take forever to reply to each question and it is like torture. After 2 hours of WhatsApp chat torture, I called the branch to book for the service, and after another torture of explaining the service I’m looking for, it turned out they don’t actually offer it in this branch!

Went there with a screw in one tire, was fixed in a careless unprofessional way. Still lost air, went again, was told as always that the tires are in a very bad condition and cannot be repaired, advised to replace at least two tires. Two tires replaced but the leaking, defect tire was still I the same place as we saw the next day. This cannot happen by mistake!!!!Back again, of course the previous tires went for recycling. 100% their mistake, most likely on purpose, got offered only 10% off if we buy two more new tires. They generously offered to replace the flat tire with the spare tire and left the car in a mess.Absolutely the SAME happened to one of my friend a few days later!!!!What a coincidence?????I would not trust them at all, will never ever go there again.

I went there to change my tire, and they checked my car and told me that it need 4 new tires, so i told the guy there ok lets change it, the. He told me that the tires are in the warehouse and it need around 3 hours, I told him its ok, i will go to my office and once you have them call me, he agreed on that and took my details and i left to office, i was waiting for his call the whole day and no one called, i called them the same day but no picked the phone, i had to call another shop to change my tires.

Amazing job. Took their time to explain and for a very price did shocks, brakes, brakes disks, engine mounting etc. Not just your average tyre shop. Anytime again and communication with Wael via Whatapp was very good too.

Great place if you have any problems with your car tyres. They are very professional in allignment and balancing. Furthermore If you intend to buy new tyres, I sincere do recommend here as the prices of the tyres is very reasonable. I did change my 4 tyres here and am very happy with their great service. I had my tires changed here. Im a bit confused as to how they have such good ratings because their customer service is appalling. The man I dealt with was having multiple conversations at once, therefore meaning he misheard me, so when I brought my car to be looked at I was told you didnt have an appointment and youll have to wait 15 minutes which actually turned into two hours.The tire change was fine but since my tires have been changed my car was making strange noises, hence why I brought it back to them. They were really unhelpful - have gone to a german car garage in Al Quoz instead. Im sure this garage is fine if you just need a quick oil change or something smaller scale but I definitely wouldnt recommend them for much beyond that.

Had a flat tire that meant changing two front ones together. First they had 2020 tyres available rather than old stock and they came quickly to my home location to change them both. Make sure you speak to Wael who gave quick professional service.

My car had a coolant leakage and was fixed for everything else but this.. Coolant charged 200aed, hands 600 aed.. They changed thermostat and fan and my problem remained unsolved. Total cost 2100aed. The guy told just check if it overheats again. My car was with them for 4 days at least.And of course I had a problem again, I went to another garage, they checked the car immediately and found out that it was a water pump issue..I am à woman and dont know much about the cars but I do know about a proffessionalism and Im sorry to say but guys at stop & go need to work on it.

This is only getting a one star as there isn’t anything lower. I had to go back again to sort out my botched alignment job. Even after the second time, I’m still driving with a tilted steering wheel. After my tire fitting job, I have new noises coming from my wheels and I now need to get this fixed through the dealer workshop. This is all at double the cost.

I have used Stop and Go several times, and have been extremely happy with their service. A few times I brought it in as I was worried about something, and when they discovered there was no problem they didnt charge me for anything. Most recently I had a part of thr axle replaced, and Wael helped me get in and out in just a few hours from when I first asked to schedule an appointment. I am so thrilled to have an incredibly reliable car service shop in such a convenient location, and many thanks to Wael for helping our experience to be so easy, professional and high quality. Ill never go anywhere else!

Very bad service.I needed a car battery, gave them my phone number and mulkya.After 30min waiting i went back to ask what’s taking so long. They said that they are waiting for a quote. Have the quote, they called me and said that in 30min it will be done.2h later, they still need some time to get the technician to install the battery.Cancelled the order, wanted to leave but they cannot find the mulkya.Called Batt Mobile(funny name i know) for a new battery and they had it done within 45min(delivery included)

I visited the workshop last weekend; considering my car is relatively old, I needed a workshop that had some experience and knowledge beyond the usual swap/replace skills and was advised by a colleague about this one. Konstantinos was in charge and his depth of knowledge was really impressive; you dont see that expertise in Dubai. Service was swift (although the shop was busy) and I could see others were assisted quite smoothly as well. On the technical, what my older workshop couldnt repair (twice), Stop & Go team fixed within 2h.Im definitely a regular from now on.

Too bad I didnt know this place earlier as Ive wasted lots of money and time in all previous workshops I went. What amazed me most is that even though it was extremely busy I got my car done in time and all other customers with whom I talked while waiting were sharing similar good comments . The manager had everything under control, at last I found someone to answer all my questions and concerns, the whole team was incredibly organized and very friendly.

The place is unprofessional at all and Im not advising anyone to visit. I brought my car for a break issue I paid almost 3k and still having the same issue and whenever I come to them they doing something temporary and saying to me nothing in the breaks and all okay. The technicians here has no idea about what they are doing. Guys trust me a small garage in any place better than them and if I could give them stars by minus I would do it. Im sooooo disappointed and frustrated from the experience which I had here. Trust me guys NEVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THIS WORKSHOP.

4 stars just because of few reasons which I’m gonna mention below otherwise I would rate 3 or less.Let’s start with positive things.Fist of all quick follow up by Ken after my online purchase. There was an issue with stock availability but at least I was informed immediately and everything was sorted out. Secondly, the product quality is excellent especially with a promotion it was incomparable.Last but not least, seeking a feedback from the customers to improve service quality is highly appreciated.And I saw some opportunities in customer service at the workshop. There was a little confusion with my order when I visited the garage in Motor City but most importantly I didn’t feel the friendly environment to approach someone for asking about other crevices. I wanted to change the break pads, to do wheel alignment and some other check ups.It was like you paid already, get the product and don’t bother me I have other things to do what happens in a small shops with unprofessional staff. Before the sale special attention then after the sale even a smile goes away and answers become short which shows a complete fake behavior of the person. Instead he can give a proper after sale service to customer making him a regular customer and brings even more by reference.I understand there could be some escalation with previous customer or problems at workplace but still person should refresh himself before assisting next customers.And I would suggest to staff to give a brief information about the work to the customer if it’s possible. Because when you visit a doctor and if he gives you only a prescription of medicines without explanation you would never come back to him again.That’s my opinion as person who works in customer service.Maybe I will visit other garages of Stop&Go later just to see if there are any good changes. )
