Staff Rayman doesnt know how to behave with customer. He need to learn right attitude. because of him 1209 branch going to be worst customer service.

It was bad experience. When i went with my friends for fuel gas station branch 1209 located in discovery gardens. Ther is one staff name is Rayman showing his bad attitude to customers. Shouting to customers in bad manner. He didnt have respect for his own superior so what about customers. His managment need to give him more training

Yes it is a one stop station for fuel, renewal, lube, battery, tyre, wash etc. But when crowded or while peak times, the quality of wash goes down. They finish off acar faster that they dont care if any dirt is left, until customer points out and tells. Even if paid for any kind of wash, it must be cared equally.

Very bad attitude staff Rayman. He shout at us very badly for no reason. 1209 branch manament needs to take action for this.

Poorest customer service, no respect at all, they shouted on me for asking for a number and other customers get special treatment just because they know someone inside, very bad experience, Shamil was way better, I hope they return.

A very good relief for Discovery Garden tenants. If there was a entry form the backside cross road or from round about then the station would have been more convinient. Great work by the developers.

Worst expirience of life in car wash. One car ahead me when i entered, anf then 90 mins to exit.

I got my car radiator damaged there ,when i drove the car to there just to change the coolant !!!! the technician change the coolant and turn on the engine . while i was paying the invoice ,the radiator damaged and coolant splashed down

Drivers be very careful entering the pit. Edges of the border near the pumps are out of your field of view and extremily sharp so they will easily rip your tire away. This has happened to me causing damage of 3000 aed. Pathways are very narrow so your wheels are in a real danger. Whoever designed this facility has no brain. If you are not an experienced driver better use another petrol station. Be careful and stay safe!

Great location! Very convenient if you are heading for work in the morning ad will have to use the new back road. Now I can refuel and be right on my way instead of having to go all the way to the enoc gas station next to Ibn Battuta mall which is always busy in the morning and the afternoon. This one has double stations which means smoother lanes. There is also a Tasjeel bureau where you can finish car registrations and renewals. No fast food shops though, only zoom.
