To be honest it is the second time Iam using E-Movers and again they were amazing. Due to restriction the price was discussed through a zoom session by showing him all the items that needed to be moved. The amazing guys were wearing their masks the entire time and gloves when touching the clothes. Special secures hard locked cases to put the TVs and cloths, sheet were all cleaned and new boxes used.; therefore following hygienic protocol up to standard. The teamwork was just up to standard, they were laughing, joking the entire time between them but job was done. They came at 8 am and finished at 3 pm for a 3 bedroom villa. Well done and keep up the good job

I used E-movers moving service a few days ago and expected high level of professional service as the quotation was much higher than other companies and we had to pay 100% of the fees in advance. But, it was the worst experience that I ever had.1. They arrived late and started the job around 9:45A.M which supposed to start 9AM. It seemed that the packing went well but 2nd pick up truck were not arrived until 3pm so we had to wait 1and half hour to move2. The manager took pictures of all the tiny scratches on furniture and showed us to make sure those are not their faults. I accepted all and expected the high level of cares. But, after unpacking it was disaster. We found the broken parts on chair wheel, guitar, picture frame. Even the bottom of shoe furniture was completely broken. They admitted the broken chair but didn’t informed the others to us and just left.3. Finally unpacking was finished at 9:30pm. As it was started very late at around 4:30, all of the family members including kids helped but some staffs were not working properly. Most of the staffs seemed inexperienced. They didn’t know what to do, what is the first to do..it was just a mess.4. They didn’t use ice box for my frozen foods and move the refrigerator with most of the food inside. They just took some items in glass to the separate box. As it was so hot in moving day, I couldn’t make sure all the food were ok, so abandoned some items like meat or seafood.5. I’m not sure that every moving companies are doing the same, but the other one we used (Partners Moving), they vacuumed the floor after unpacking. But emovers didn’t do and left packing papers and small material at our new house.6. I was really unhappy with a manager who was in charge of the overall. We complained or raised issues to resolve the problems, but he didn’t listen to us and never apologized for all the mistakes, errors so we had to talk to many others headquarter, sales person instead and of course it was not very efficient.

Mani and His Team were the best. They offered good ideas to help me settle in. The were very focused on making g me happy and satisfied. They worked the entire time with a short break to eat. I would recommend this team and will use this team again.

When it was time to move from our 2 bedroom flat to a villa, we asked around and E-movers came highly recommended by many of our friends. We sent an online request and got a callback from Umesh, who was very professional and helpful.On the day of the move, the team showed up a little earlier than expected and did a great job packing up everything, literally everything, led by Sahadat and Moncy. They then helped us assemble the furniture and unpack some of our boxes at the new place. It was a full day’s job but the team remained energetic and helpful.We made the mistake of not requesting a few boxes earlier and because the new space is different, we were not sure exactly where everything would go, but the move went much smoother than we had expected. My only recommendation would be better coordination in terms of making sure all the elements of one piece of furniture go in the same truck to avoid any delays and confusion.Would definitely recommend and use again!

The one star is for the sales team ...operations team did well...I booked a service with handyman to re install my curtains and lights in the new house ...on the same day of moving, I was told the handyman is not available (I paid full amount in advance) and they can only remove the items from old house but cannot fix it in the new house...so you can imagine the amount of stress and frustration I went thru ...had to call several ppl from their head office who eventually helped but If I didnt do that (and I didnt have to do that), I wouldve eneded paying extra for another handyman to fixe my items or waited for e movers to let me know when is a handyman is available...again, for something I already paid for and have it confirmed in writing

Set of carton boxes delivered in advance in case of any personal stuff to be packed ourselves of we r not comfortable with the team packing some personal belongings.Hassle free shifting excellent team coordination, very punctual actually arrived 15 min before time , they followed all safety measures . Finished packing of stuff and furniture in 2hrs and unpacking of all stuff and assembling if furniture all completed in 2.5 hrs including drilling work done simultaneously . Great service with e-movers. The team came and had our entire house packed in two days, and shipped out on the third. They managed a shipment to two locations seamlessly.They were tidy and organized as they worked, and were constantly checking with me to make sure they were packing what needed to be packed. Our team leader for the 3 days, Pawan, was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process less stressful with his good communication. The communication has also been frequent and clear with the office team. This is my third international move with e-movers, and while I hope I dont need their services anytime soon, I will use them again with no hesitation.

I was very pleased today by the work done by Team Asmita, moving a 2 bedroom apartment.
