This is the best moving company I ever used! I highly recommended to everyone. The team is very professional and reliable, they made whole moving process smooth and stress free, from the starting point they’ve applied for me all necessary build permits for moving out and moving in. Then they’ve showed up on time, all movers were well groomed, they packed everything with care, moved back everything to the new place and unpacked, also they help to hand curtains, paintings. Great service! Love it ! And by the way they also provide a free pizza voucher.

I don’t give five stars easily. But our experience has been that good. We’ve used EasyTruck twice to move and once to store, even moving to different Emirates. Each time the communication is clear and fantastic. The men on the day of all our moves are professional in uniform, organized, kind to us and my children and one another and very hard working. They take moving seriously! Nothing ever broken or missing!The office staff are well organized, communicate clearly and are extremely quick to reply to email and WhatsApp. Our last move was a bit chaotic for us but the office staff absorbed our changes and tried to work with us, it was a big relief. We hope to not move again soon but if we do we will call Easytruck.

We had a wonderful experience recently with Easytruck. This is our second time using them as we were so happy with the service the first time we moved a few years ago! The process of booking and paying for the move was simple and easy. The guys arrived promptly and knew exactly what to do, while also taking direction from my husband and I on what to pack and where to unpack in the new place. They are very well experienced and only needed to be told once what to pack/what to not pack. I am 8 months pregnant and the Easytruck guys were so sweet to look out for me and tell me not to lift or pack/unpack anything. I literally didn’t lift a finger! They were excellent when unpacking everything and moved the furniture around as per our requests. I also really loved that they used reusable boxes to minimise on waste! A special shout out to the lead mover Tasaddaq who was just so amazing, experienced, kind, caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Really impressed. Was given the reference of EasyTruck by a friend who moved a month ago. Did not expect how fast everything was arranged. Literally was called a few hours after sending an enquiry. 12 hours later a person came to my house to review what needed to move. An hour later I had the quote.On move day they showed up EXACTLY on time. An entire house was packed and ready to go in 2 hours. 4 hours later we were installed in our new apartment.No breakage, no hassle, extremely polite and hard workers. We were kept informed throughout as to coffee/lunch/prayer breaks....extremely impressed. Highly recommend.

I’ve moved with Easy Truck 3 times and I wouldn’t use anyone else for removals. Easytruck are so quick and slick. They moved the contents of my 4 bed villa into another 4 bed villa all before 5.30pm and didn’t require repeated direction from myself because they are so experienced and well equipped with clear communication flowing from sales office to removal men. My mirrors, pictures and TV were all hung and white goods installed and connected with no damage. These guys know what they are doing and you can trust them with your removal 100%.

I could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. My move was challenging in that my order changed from storage (originally) to just a move from one flat to another. The office team worked with me. And the on-site crew were amazing. They were punctual, polite and very efficient. All my belongings were carefully wrapped in cloth and plastic even though the new home was just 18 km away. Everything arrived in the same condition it was in before the move, and the team built my furniture. Honestly this was the most stress-free move I have ever had. Truly easy!!

At first glance EASYTRUCK seemed slightly on the pricier side. But after the move I can tell you it was worth EVERY penny. SUPER well organized, clean, efficient team that took the utmost care with all our stuff. They pack EVERYTHING meticulously and unpack EVERYTHING and put it in its new location. Their handyman was also great and did miracles with installing things, painting touch ups, etc.... To be honest I was jealous of my neighbour as he got a lower quote and we were moving at the same time but we are now moved in and he is crying in his living room full of boxes and we’re enjoying the new house. :)

Amazing team and service. It started with ben who was very nice and excellent customer service to take down everything i wanted for my move. Then atif came around for survey and he spend a long time explaining and alaburat on every little detail of the move and really listened to what concerns us and listened to are input as well. Then on the day of the move tassaddagh hissein was the team supervisor and within few couple of hours more than half the house was packed and ready to be loaded in the truck! Easy Truck are amazing. We had not moved since we came to Dubai 10 years ago and we were dreading the move because we had accumulated so much stuff over the years. This is my third I am shifting houses and choosing Easytruck was an excellent choice. Previously I used to call the trucks and end up doing most of the work from packing, dismantling, assembling and then half of the boxes that i bring are kept unopened for several months.Well Easytruck experience was amazing, they reached at 5 minutes to 8 and directly headed to work, by 12:30 the apartment was fully packed and in the trucks. For me I was just sitting and watching the team of 6 doing what they do best, I spent my time enjoying my coffe.We reached to the new apartment and again my Wife, 3 kids, and I where just watching them. We just told them how things should be placed and thats it.5:30 the house is set, guys left and we ended up with a free pizza from freedom pizza.Personally I do recommend Easytruck for the end to end service and piece of mind.
