They dont even deserves a single star. Its been 8 months since I dont received my 8 box of around 300 kg items. They are the number one frauds. please dont ever choose this cargo service. Lots of other options are there.

We had sent our 3 boxes of 86 kg and washing machine of 68kg and one box of 30 kg in the month of jan2021 (aww- 224080 and 224341)out of which we received only one box of 30 kg by air but other items we have not received till now and they don’t even respond to our calls or mails..it looks like we lost our money and even our valuable things...it feels bad when people like them are foolings us...Please guys don’t fall in there trap☹️

Its been 6month since I didnot received my box no call replying no mall replying my be next week I am planing do police complain try call this people no reply somany whatup messages no reply finaly I decides take legal action this Kind of wast service and wast company one third class company and suggest other people Just take action or complain

Its been 6 months since Oct when I sent the cargo to Bangalore. What kind of unprofessionalism is this?! None of the numbers work also. Please give me a contact number directly in Hyderabad where we can contact and release the goods personally! All the contact numbers provided are unreachable!!

They are real cheaters.Never ever send again. Sharjah Economic dept sealed their shop.We are the loosers.

By the hard earnings and eagerness I send around 90Kg of materials to India by October dnd 2020. But still I didnt receive the materials at India. Also heard the news that Sharjah office is closed and there is no any one to response.Its highly pathetic to wait with these unethical peoples and dont know what to do almost spend AED 950 for cargo and material values is separate.For god sake arrange to deliver the materials plz keep in mind its the hard earnings of each and every individual.Once again requesting to deliver the materials asap😔

Its very difficult to genuine 123 since there are many copies of 123 with difference extension names, please take care about those gimmick.

Dear owner,I was send my cargo on october 14th 2020. It is being al most 100 days. I am asking your team giving current picture about consignment in a lot of time. They have only one word next week, it is going to clear. I think only in the last commit they have at least change word 15 days from one week. It was their last commit as they talked to me.Eventhough result was same. The reason they are mentioning that they are facing problem with hyderabad customs due to un availability in covid situation. Moreover they are only facing issue with covid in hyderabad in india, whereas my friends delhi consignment got with 55 days. So i think this problem will be your internal, which is not reveal to me. Very bad experience. Its been more than 4months and I’m still waiting them to deliver my shipment of more than 60KG to Delhi from Dubai. They’re unprofessional. I’m chasing them for updates but they never respond properly. Don’t know when they are going to deliver. Highly disappointed with their poor service.

Very poor service and unfriendly staff. Cargo has been send almost 2 months from Dubai and never reached us till date. After many tries they give different reasons. Now the cargo is in Delhi customs and each week after many try we get completly wrong information.Never use them if any one is planning to send cargo from UAE.

Highly recommended. The things I sent to Kerala reached in 10 days after all the clearance. I was happy to see that they were well packed and safely transported. Thank you so much guys. I will recommend you guys to anyone i know.

It was a terrible experience for us.They promise a lot of things and when it comes to the actual deliverable, it was pathetic.When i first contacted 123 cargo, the person came for survey very promptly and promised to pack all the expensive items in wooden crates and send pictures after packing in their warehouse before shipping. Packing from my house was fine and the workers did a decent job. Once, the material reached the warehouse i was asked to pay the full amount as it is complete door to door delivery and they will handle everything. I was only cautioned about the customs charges for my TV which might come to INR 10,000 upon presenting the bill. Once payment was made, i didn’t receive any communication from the company. No packing list, No wooden crating for valuable items and no confirmation on when the shipment is leaving. They kept on pushing the date every time i call and finally after a month informed that shipment has left for Hyderabad for clearance and then will be delivered to Vizag. After 20days my parents were contacted and the agent in Hyderabad started demanding 35,000INR for delivering the material. When we questioned what the 35k is for, he was neither able to provide the customs clearance proof nor the right reasoning. I had to frantically give a call to the person in-charge in UAE (Anwar) and he is not of any help and asked me to pay 25k to settle things. He has no control of the agent he sent my cargo to in Hyderabad and asking me to deal with him. Note that even till this moment i didn’t receive the pictures nor packing list. Finally after lot of arguments we paid 25K and thought the headache is over.Agent from Hyderabad sent my cargo in a truck with just the driver and with no intimation regarding the delivery date and time. They are supposed to unload the truck and safely move my cargo to the house but nothing happened. It was such a horrific experience and I still need to check if my material is damaged or not. No wooden crating was done which they promised for my valuable electronics and they came in a bad state.I would recommend never to go with this cargo provider as they are bunch of liars and cheaters.

Thanks for the good and fast service .. had some problems in the airport in cochin because of the clearance here but still 123Cargo team tried to help as much as they can . all the boxes and things arrived safely except some little. I was expecting my TV will be damaged but it was fine they pack very well. thank you team 123 cargo. They are worthy... 😘😘😘😘
