Very friendly staff, i got few big boxes, and 10 small boxea and some moving-needed stuff.I tell you it is reliable to conyltain your home stuff while moving homes.Highly recommended.And one more thing... It is half the price of the box from Amazon

I am shocked how they have such high ratings on Google reviews. Their move staff was not trained on anything and were super unprofessional. We hired them for a local move within Dubai and still the state in which we received our stuff was horrible. They dont know the concept of packing everything individually and safely instead they just dump everything in whatever they could find. They dont use bubble wrap or cushioning material for fragile stuff, they used our bedsheets and pillows to wrap my TV and work monitor.Their sole aim was to finish as soon as possible without caring a bit about quality.The most HORRIBLE thing is that they packed all our cosmetics and toothbrush with toilet brush in the same box without any cover, wrapping etc. Who the hell packs a toilet brush? and that too with tooth brush. This is the level of their training and professionalism. And we came across this by chance when I saw them unpacking that particular box. Even after I saw it with my eyes how they packed, they kept on lying that they havent done it and they dont know who did it.When we raised this issue with their management, they offered us AED 100 discount whereas the damage was in thousands. And when I pushed them for a better resolution they took the emotional route that I can deduct whatever I want from their payment and they will deduct it from workers salary. Obviously I didnt want to make things personal with workers and had to make the full payment.I believe the management should have taken more ownership of the issue as clearly its an issue that their staff is not properly trained.

Last week I hired the service to move my house . Terrible service stay away from them. Missing leadership within their crew every one works on their own style on mood very bad cordination between them .Vipul the person whom I spoke disappeared once you confirm the deal. I had an issue during the shifting when approached he quietly moved away and asked me deal with the people on site . HARD WORKING PEOPLE MISSING LEADERSHIP.Stay away from them .

I have used Quickserves movement service to move our apartment, I had a friend used thier service months ago and gave a good feedback. I was skeptical, especially after hearing many general stories about the issues created during home/house movements.I called the toll-free number just to get a quote to compare the prices, I price I got is reasonable (though initially I thought it was bit high) but when Vipul explained me that it is a full package (fixing curtains and white goods). So I agreed and we finalized the price.On the movement day, the team have come on time, my first impression was that these guys are like any other packers and movers, but to my surprise these guys were pros, the way they did the packing, loading and unloading, simply amazing. The team had very good knowledge on the process, also amazed us with the little tricks and efficiency.Overall great work by Vipul and team..we were quite impressed by their service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

I had called Quicksetlrve on the same morning of my move. The company I had issues with the company I had hired before and needed to find a new one. Quicksetve was ver responsive. Quickly he checked with his team and promised they would be at my apartment within two hours and they sharp on time. The team was very professional. Very quick. I had to leave before they finish. They sent me a video showing the final job. I also needed a storage and had plants and they promised to look after them and water them. Very happy with their services snd will highly recommend them.

They are so flexible, always on time and the packing was quick, efficient professional and very careful . We had to delay our sail date for furniture to UK, and it was absolutely no problem . Before engaging QuickServe I carefully read the positive reviews and decided go with them. I don‘t know who wrote all the previous reviews but my experience was exactly the opposite. Packaging was so bad that I had quite a few damages (which I reported back to QuickServe but they‘ve never got back to me). Instead of estimated 6 hr of work it took them 12+ hr. Overall: Quality, Time, Customer service & Communication - none of it was even close to neither professional nor satisfactory.

Be warned. I have had extensive experience with other moving companies both locally in UAE and internationally. I never had such an experience. It is a constant shakeup attempts to squeeze more money.I am about to report an ongoing problem to the authorities.

QuickServe Relocations are a very dependable, punctual, careful, hardworking company. They worked fast, efficiently and carefully throughout the move. It really helps that it is a one stop shop. So I also needed maid service to clean the new house and a handyman to hang my paintings. Everything was done through one professional contact, Hakeem. He kept his word with everything he promised. They made the move and transition so much smoother and easier than I had expected. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

We had recently used their services for relocating our house and true to their name the service was quick and professional. The staff were prompt and courteous. Right from providing the quote to unpacking, everything was handled very well.

They are expensive... did not pack my items properly.. while packing they broke my furniture. They said they will replace with a new piece. Which was a lie.. when I received my items in India.. my furniture was all damaged because of their poor packing.. they are not reliable. I did not take insurance relying on their service which itself was expensive. They only talk.. do not refund anything..I would suggest to check out other suppliers in the market who are cheaper than them and more reliable and better service.

THE WORTS MOVING COMPANY ; I mistakenly choose QuickServe Relocations on July.I moved with Quick serve relocation from Dubai to France. Based on the positive review. But Please BE AWARE DO NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCEBefore the move Ron was friendly and responsive. He certified that every item would be bubble and wrapped correctly and covered with paper its an engagement on the contract… THIS WASN’T THE CASE AT ALL . He certified that all damaged or broken items will be covered by the premium insurance that we paid.But he never sends us the insurance certificate until October!! Please come on we moved the 26th July 2020They start by literally brooked the wall while they were packing the furniture’s.I was chocked to receive ALL MY FURNITURES DESSAMBLES scratched and dirty without advising us or taking our authorization to dissembled them. Some of the items were OUT of the box !!! when I open the boxes my items were thrown on the boxes NO bubbles NO wrapping NOTHING!! You can check the photos.All our furniture’s were scratch or brook or with a hole its was incredible.I don’t know what’s happened but most of items was damaged, twisted or folded several times or torn or with holes or chipped.Ron told us to just make a list and send it to him and he would make the claim to the insurance. He did not even apologies “ This came Several days after”As you’ve probably guessed nothing was done. I keep sending messages and asking but he don’t want to share with us the insurance claim pretending its internal e-mails.He get back to us saying that the insurance will cover only 1300 aed of damaged and his company to apology will offer 2000 aed from there side. I never receive any cts from them.The cost of real damages are about 10.000 aed . I keep asking to have the formal rejection of the insurance but I had no answer from Ron, he refuse to Send us the answer of the insurance and not even sending us a official offer of compensation from his company as he was pretending. After putting a lot of pressure we received our insurance certificate and SURPRISE when I contact the insurance company guess what ? they NEVER RECIEVD Any CLAIM FROM QUICKESERVE RELOCATION !!!!! what? you were playing with us for a months ? and LIYING ? you never open a case with insurance ? WHY ?Now we are in touch with the insurance we open a claim … The problem is the insurance that they took for us don’t refund all scratch or damage to paint or twisting … We ve never been aware about all this policy cause Quick Serves Relocation refuse to send us our certificate even everything was paid from our side form the beginning. And lie to us by certifying that their premium insurance cover all kinds of damages.I am still fighting with insurance to get a decent refund.Ron No news from him never get back to us with a formal proposition of refund, he communicates only by WhatsApp no formal answer!!!! No refund No answers. This company did not respect the contract they lie they cheat.Thers no way to say anything positive at all about my experience with this CompanyMy only Hope is to save someone else from making the same mistake

I took relocation service from QuickServe Relocations LLCon 04th April-20 and the experience was not at all satisfactory . The team came on time and packed the Items quickly . Based on my requirement I have been told that 4-5 people should be sufficient to complete the activities but there were 7-8 people came to wrap up the things which is really good. The real issue was unpacking the Items and the team was highly irresponsible. They were in hurry to leave and things were unpacked just for the sake of work. Things were spilled over and there was no cleaning performed by them. I will not recommend this company again

Despite the restrictions of the 24 hour lockdown, the company were licensed to operate during this time. The experience moving with Quickserve was really rewarding. I had to urgently move furniture and they were the cheapest and most professional company I found under such short notice. Other companies billed me at 4X the price. The team was prompt and quick with absolutely no issues. They were recommended to me by a fiend and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Rons team managed my move in July 2019. They were extremely efficient and organized and I am always amazed at how quickly they operate whilst taking care of my belongings. I have so many breakables and everything was delivered in one piece. This is the second time I have used Quick Serve and it wont be the last Im sure.

I LOVE QuickServe. Used them moving out of a high rise apartment in the Marina into a studio apartment in JVC at the end of 2017, absolutely delightful service. Recommended them to everyone I know and used them again this week for my relocation from the studio into a townhouse. No complaints, no damages, no problems. I even dealt with exactly the same team as before! Moving becomes a tolerable (even enjoyable) experience when doing it with QuickServe! Theyre painting my studio before the Handover - will update on how that went soon. Wish I had taken a photo of how they hung my clothes in my new cupboard - exactly the same as it was in my previous place!!!

Recently I have heard the news from one of my college that this company sells their packing materials in high cost . So , I went to there last week to buy the materials . As I heard yes its absolutely true . They took 8 Aed for large cartons which is available in 4.60 Aed in other stores . I was very upset with them .

I read reviews of moving companies prior to choosing and many had recurring comments about the same issues (outsourcing to other companies and no accountability for lost items and extra charges) . Quickserve were the company which stood out as they had just one low scoring review of one star. Having used their service on 12th Feb Its highly likely that the 1 star review is fake.I had a lot of items to move and Quickserves quote was the same as the companies who had poor reviews so it was a no brainer. We filled many boxes of valuables prior to their arrival so that there would be no issues. They arrived in time at 8.30am and their 9 men and 2 trucks for a 2 bedroom ensured the move was quick. I had additional items such as 4 cycles that I had forgotten about when quoting as they were in the parking and they were moved for a reasonable amount. Items were moved to the new address and assembled and unboxed. I paid 2200 and happily tipped on top. Id only use this company in the future and Id fit my move around them if necessary. Great work guys

I thought very proffesional at first emails fast cane to survey on time meeting reconfirmed then after this went down hill fast .Day of moving 50 minutes late they told me 08am they would be there came 08:50 could have had another hour in bed no respect for peoples timeDemanded payment in full before packing stuff, half way through packing .Smashed two floor tiles in the vacating apt and then asked what happened . The guy who damage was sly didnt even let on .The new apt brand new I must add scuffed doors and frames with trollies dirty walls rubbing stuff into them . Refused to carry sofa upstairs as said not as per company procedure . Then demanded DHS 250 to do it then last price DHS 200 . I left it there all-night and paid DHS 50 to another company to do it .I was guided by the great reviews but my experience was bad even transguared security have never ever heard of them not carrying it up and demanding more money they are trying to get them blocked from coming into jumerah golf estates .You have been warrned never ever pay up front I thought this was strange I been here for 27 years and noone ever ask for this you pay after the job doneThank you for your response which is faulse.1 i do not live on the 8th floor apt as you say its on the fifth floor.2 i will add contractors report to the email once he sends it confirming your company damaged two wall skirting tiles and he replaced them when he painted my old place .Regarding no water given to your staff this is not true as I only had three bottles of masafi in the fridge and they were given two of them . I also drank one of them .I have pictures of the scuffed doors and walls I will go right now to take a picture of the replaced tiles in my old apt.Regarding not paying for a taxi your guys didnt know where it was I was going to book one its DHS 17 why would I mind paying DHS 17 when I paid you 1260 for a one bedroom removal .You asked me by phone to remove my comments I said they were true you didnt deny they were true on the phone so I said I would not remove them .Well I down grade you by one star for the reply you sent me
