I really like their services. I am using this company for the home cleaning and did a PCR test twice already. Really recommend Carol for the PCR testing at home. She is very friendly and attentive.In general very good company to use. defiantly 10 out of 10.

I have been using ServiceMarket for moving and cleaning services since 2013. Their service providers are properly vetted, ratings are transparent, and the app is great!I found the moving service to be fantastic as it spares you a lot of unnecessary interface and phone calls with the service providers.

A good aap to find all things you need at one place. Good range of service. This time I ordered cleaning. Other times have used pest control, sofa wash etc. Usually on time and very well mannered. Convenient and easy to use.

They are highly professional people. They know their job very well and the whole team works like one single unit to fulfill the task in a timely manner. They would finally leave when the client is satisfied hundred percent. I would rate them 5 on a scale of 5.

These guys used to be great. However lately they have been a total bust🤦‍♂️First they left my bathroom with wall, bathtub and toilet covered with stained water; and close to 1 cm of dirty water all over the floor.Then they arranged an appointment for me And cancelled it. Finally, today they had an appointment and didn’t show up nor cancel it….I don’t know if there was a change in their management or if they simply grew too fast and can not handle their service team and their contractors anymore, but they can say farewell to this former customer!

I was looking for sofa shampooing and I came across Service Market only about 4 weeks back. Encouraged by the positive Google reviews, and true to it, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Right from the booking experience, they came across as very professional and customer centered. I had a lot of questions around the protocols they follow when sending their teams to the house and they candidly and patiently answered everything. They also gladly accommodated my request to send someone who was fully vaccinated and with a recent PCR test.They sent a team of 2 people for my 6 seater sofa and they took about a couple of hours to finish the job, and when they did the sofas ended up looking brand new. We have never tried this ever and were pleasantly surprised just how much difference it can make. We actually had a guest asking if we the sofas were newly purchased, i kid you not! The team did a fantastic job and were courteous, customer centric and absolutely professional. Thank you for your amazing work. Truly appreciated.

Guys came in for pest control in my 3 BR, they were polite, professional, fast and gave some friendly advise for my balcony ant issues. They wear extra shoe covers and gloves. Happy customer. Also cost was affordable.

I have used service market to book for movers. ALT Movers are excellent, they did a very good job packing all my stuff and furniture. their service is very efficient and fast without damaging any of my belongings. highly recommended

I ordered 2 services: pest control and fridge repair. The pest control was perfect: in time, communication was perfect, the report had been written with activity and recommendations. Well priced in comparison to other companies.The disappointment was with the fridge: not only they charge you 150 AED just to come and have a loom at the fridge to identify the problem that was obvious (needed to change the insolation rubber tape), they made quotation of 450 AED that is half of the price of new fridge. When I refused to proceed and asked to bring the fridge back, they promised to do it in the morning the same day, nevertheless it wasn t delivered and they called me 3 times trying to reduce the price of the quotation. When 5th time I told them that I just need the fridge back, it wasn t delivered. Next morning I txted them again, I had all my foods expired and disposed off because if their unprofessionalism. In the morning (in the 3rd day after they ve taken the device to the service centre) the admin said that the delay is because they were doing testing (that no one authorised them to do). Funny excuses and repeated promisses I kept recieving. After I claimed my money back because I didn t get any actual service (their website btw stated that 150 AED is the price for minor problem, however nothing had been fixed but they took the money nevertheless). Super unprofessional crooks.

Last working day before my move and I got to know that I had to explicitly request for hanger boxes if I want them despite the agent saying earlier that everything is included. Don’t mind the extra cost but would have appreciated better transparency. Cancelled the booking at the last minute and most likely will never use service market anymore.

Very bad experience lately. Not any more company working for quality ,its all about quantity!!! In past 1 month very bad customers service and bad experience in cleaning ( paid for 4 hr ) bt in 3 hr staff said we are done and left. Then bad communication and no proper connection from advisors ,and late late for 1 hr from the appointment time scheduled like 4 days in advance ,that we also have jobs to do and waisted waited for them, trying to call their number hardly reached and been promised to receive a call back and again nonone called then i called again and another excuse show up! Not advise at all!!!

Giving 1 start because is not possible to give 0, Service Market contractor are good, but Service Market customer service is horrible, I requested a Handyman (Al Minbar) which their service was great, but Service Market next day charged me the double of what was set on the request, and even the HANDY10 10% discount was not applied. I created a case request with the customer service, and i had no response. Keep away from this unreliable company

Service market assigned the Best root cargo and movers for us. These guys were really good. They turned up a little early which was great. They packed dissembled and assembled the furniture perfectly. The work was neat clean and they were really helpful and worked well. I would highly recommend the service :)

Excellent experience, I booked a last minute service for 3 hours, not only they were able to accommodate my request but actually sent me 2 cleaners that arrived earlier and finished the job in a short time which was very convenient for me , i strongly recommend.

I had one ac service the 7th of august of 1 hour duration for which they charged 129 dirham . after one month i got a call from a very rude representative of this company stating that there were a technical problem and they didnt deduct the amount from my card . it happened incidently that one week ago before her call i had a strange transaction from this same credit card and i blocked it so the card which they saved on their app was inactive when they contacted me one month after the service . first they tried without informing and asking to deduct after one month of the sevice offered this amount which is against their official legal policy atached on their website .this policy state that directly after the service is given same day they have to deduct the payment from the card if not given by cash . anyway if for that card was not accidently blocked by me they would have continued under the fool of technical or any reason and without taking my consent withdrawing fees from my card . the most dangerous part about this company other then the weird and unethical approach is that the finance employee was calling and threatening of taking action and contacting my bank if i dont pay them again !Please Avoid such a non transparent and unproffesional service giver . to note i had a message same day of the service that the amount was deducted and when they came after one month they changed this statment and asked me to go and search my account statment to check if it was paid or and give them proof .that was a once and never again trial of such a company and i decide to waste more time because of them writing this review but at least many readers now will not be fooled by availing their services.

I went through website and requested quotation for AC Deep Cleaning from 3 companies. Only 1 company contacted me, and offered only ac service without deep cleaning. The person kept convincing me that deep cleaning is nonsence and there is no need to clean AC coil or blowers.... So i should take whatever he offers. And throughout whatsapp conversation, before we reached any agreement, he requested me 3 times to ad tips to his stuff....AS A CUSTOMER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SERVICE THAT I AM REQUESTING FOR NOT WHAT YOU HAVE AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE NO NEED TO CALL ME.

Extremely unprofessional with their system - had booked for 2pm, the deep cleaning crew showed up at 9am on a weekend saying there was nothing in the system showing 2pm. Even though it changed in my app it never changed at the scheduling end. And only 2 people came at 9am, the other 2 part of the team showed up at 3pm saying they had other places to do even though I had booked a deep clean with this crew a week ago. Very unprofessional service in terms of their organization, even though cleaning was very thorough but extremely disappointing management. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to book elsewhere if you are looking for a home deep cleaning.

Their laundry cleaning service is a scam! The website CLEARLY stated that the price is PER BAG, which THEY provide and are equal to 2 laundry loads. This tells me that I fill the bag and it’s the one price stated. Well, apparently not. The price for “iron-only” ONLY includes 3-4 pieces of clothing; additional items are per-piece with no prices listed. It doesn’t state this ANYWHERE! The only per-piece pricing is dry cleaning. Do yourself a favor and use WASHMEN, at least they tell you their true pricing. Such a disappointment Service Market! You really need to fix this and show transparent pricing.

Not impressed at all, I selected the plumbing issue as I have water pouring through the roof. The guy tells me its an AC leak? Really? Then why is water dripping through the roof whenever the tap is on? Why did I not select the AC option then? I have to show the leaking pipe/join and explain to them, then told they will have to send a quote with the parts needed to fix it,Im told the quote will go through in 4 hours. Can this not be done over the telephone? Why do you have a big van with no basic equipment in it to fix the issue? When I phone to ask this question I am shouted by the lady on the phone who then puts the phone down on me! Great customer service!!!!!!!! Your guys have left a this place in a mess which it wasnt like before and now Im expected to clean up their mess? What was the purpose in calling a plumber in if he doesnt have the tools or equipment?

Appointment system was smooth and very punctual. cleaner was below average though I had asked for a very experienced one. many spots were not cleaned and I noticed them when she left. when I reported my dissatisfaction to the service market I didnt even receive a note of apology. I will not use their service again.

Requested a PCR test at home at 2pm which they have confirmed and the company which does the test came at 4pm. They said they will provide the result with in 24 hours but it has been 42 hours and NO REAULT. Call service market to check with them and there is nobody answering the phone.The problem they are the point of contact, so I don’t have the number for clinic to chess them up for the result. Anyways.

Used their TV mounting service and did it professionally... Special mention to the tech Mr Fred who did the job with great workmanship

This is my first time using ServiceMarket and Cynthia, was excellent in every aspect in everything I needed to have completed today. Updated-12 Aug 2021- I am back to update my review from 5 star to a 1 star rating as i recently referred a friend and found out that the rates of 35dhs per hour does not apply at all, and you need to book for minimum 4 hours for using referral code also on calling the customer support was not supportive and could not explain why the booking for 2 hours shows 105dhs for single cleaner??(which is more than 35dhs per hour without cleaning equipments).Its so disappointing and embarrassing to hear my friend say why i referred them. I have removed the application and would not like to deal with them in future.I booked for the first time with service market and i am completely satisfied and happy with the house cleaning service as the helper provided did exceptionally well in just 4 hours with our 2bhk apartment(despite our vaccum being broken)... she did everything she could in just 4 hours whereas others just waste time by working slow to make extra money. Great work hope you continue the same qualityin future... personal suggestion to anyone booking with them is to ask them to provide equipment as it will cost only extra 10dhs per hour.

My first time dealing with service marker for my home relocation. I went with MJT movers who were AMAZING! very professional team lead by Mudasar. They came on time and did an amazing job. 4 people led by Jamshid who is extremley helpful. A carpenter called Omer is extremely talented as well. I would recommed MJT to anyone who wants a headache-free full service home relocation.

Would give them zero if I can. unreliable and overpriced. I asked for a painter they show up with no tools take a look at the room and decide to charge me 130 for an inpection.They did no work at all and did not reach out to me for two days until I called to find out when will i get the qoute. after 3 days they qouted me 1300 for a maids room using my paint and my tools. Not to mention that on the phone they confirmed they wont charge me over a 1000 for the room. My mistake for paying them for the inspection. For painting find another company.

After several weeks of communicating with them in preparation for the Move Out, due to the current COVID situation I requested for several precautions ---> 1.) workers must wear gloves, especially when handling clothes. 2.) Workers must remove shoes when entering the new flat. etc... Their representative confirmed all of my request, but on the move day none of my request was followed by the movers (MAK Movers). I tried contacting the ServiceMarket representative who confirmed all my request via whatsapp and phone call. My message was read and my phone calls were ignored and no reply from him... I am willing to pay for service provided but I paid more than I should have... Note: count the boxes the movers use and make sure they complete fill up the cartons as they charge per additional cartons and a lot of the cartons were not full at all...

I have taking a moving quote from service market , paid 25k for the movers they came home sent the shipping to my country and disappeared.. i have been chasing service market for a support which they have failed to show .. this is a poor platform for scammers !!!

Booked two services for the same day before my moving date. First one was nearly two hours late. The company itself done a good job when they finally arrived and I can understand short delays can be unavoidable, but not almost two hours delay without being told in advance, especially after servicemarket requested that I move my booking back an hour already. So in effect instead of starting the first job at 0900, as originally booked, it didnt start until around 1150. A heads up would be nice as that affected all my other plans that day.Edited: as I did say the cleaners had done a good job, as the times I was there, the guys were working hard, but after returning to the apartment in the next few days, it was clear that the cleaning was not done as per what Id paid for ie extra for steam cleaning. Some places look as though they hadnt been touched. Anyway, servicemarket have been in touch for feedback and hopefully this might help towards improving services for future customers

Booked handyman service who never showed up when i contacted the chat team they said that my booking was cancelled, it took them more than 40 minutes keeping me waiting on the chat and they did not come back with the reason of cancellation!! They even stopped responding on the chat!!! Extremely bad experience

I contacted support to find out what’s going on to which I got a reply that they will check. 30mins later I still didn’t receive a reply and finally at 3pm I received an automated reply Handyman service cancelled due to no availability.I made the booking appointment the previous day and could have found an available handyman from somewhere else if I knew this.

Worst customer service ever!! PCR result was invalid and rude staff put full blame on 3rd party lab supplier without providing any compensation themselves since they are just middle-men. Management is not available because they dont take calls. Never. Ever. Again.

I had ordered their service to fix a simple toilet leak. They ended up asking me to buy the wrong spares for it, sent 3 different teams and the last team broke the WC. When they replaced it, they went and got the cheapest one from Danube Home and even now havent fixed it right but made sure they charged me for their service

Terrible Customer Service!Booked for their cleaning services on a Saturday 9:00 AM... no one showed up, at 9:30 I called them to check on the team... apparently the contractor that approved and got the job, is no longer listed with Service Market... basically BS and wasted my time. I gave them a second chance and booked for today 9:00 AM... here I am at 9:40 writing this review because no one showed up and they are not picking up my calls. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
