This company they are a spam they sent us a quotation and and agreed on a day to come and do the job and we confirm with them to do the job on that day we called them they have changed their mind after calling the customer service he told me that we cant do the job because they have taken a bigger project I dont know what to say they dont have responsibility on the agreement and schedule they offered to do it after one week and Im going to give the house the landlord now Im in a big problem dont ever work with them very bad customer service better to open a baqala then having a company shame on you

Perfect Mate Technical Services LLC. I have a maintenance contract with them for my Arabian ranches property from the last 2 years i am very satisfy with there service level and the customers service staff is excellent i have dealt with many companies in Dubai but this company is good and the prices are also economical.

The worst experience. They painted our rented villa and the quality was very bad. I talked to them saying they have to come back to paint properly as in some area the paint was leaking on the wall, like children painted, missed to paint the kitchen and maid room as it looked good etc...Unfortunately full payment was given to them as they promised to come back, so I trusted them. Big mistake! 3 months continues follow up, calls, messages and all the time new promises when they come back to complete the job.After 3 months we agreed he will pay back the money excluding the material cost. Since that day I am waiting for the payment, the 5th month now. He does not even reply to my message or answer my calls. I lost the full amount of money I paid for this company and also the landlord deducted the painting cost as he had to repaint the villa.Not recommended, avoid them if you dont want problem.

Terrible experience. These guys installed a dishwasher for me. 7 months later I discovered the connection had been slowly leaking causing severe damage to my kitchen. They first wanted to charge me to inspect the issue, then showed up an hour late and refused to repair the issue unless I paid for the materials.

When I was chatting with the boss of service centre he didnt answer to my question and let his people to come to my place wanted to repair my refrigerator for 3 month not 6 month other place wanted for 6 month when I rejected he had and he has take money with out fixing shame

My dishwasher had a broken pc board which was fixed but they brought the dishwasher back with lots of scratches and are refusing to fix those despite multiple calls and promises. I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone.

My refrigerator had an issue with the cooling. I contacted faisal technical services situated in International city. They took the refrigerator with them & brought it back after 3 days. Now fridge is still not fixed & I have been calling them to fix what they charged me for but i am not getting any fix from them in time.

Unprofessional! They will take your money and they will let you believe that there going to fix your appliances. 3months and still nothing happens!

This is the worst company I have dealt with. A simple retouching and paint job in a 2-bed apartment was dragged on to 2 months - and still left unfinished and messy. They dont respond to your calls or messages; they arent professional enough to understand how to service customers. Their invoice maybe cheap, but I would rather shell out a bit more money and get A-grade, on-time, professional people than regret working with Perfetto Technical Sevices. Seriously bad choice. Avoid.

THE WORST MAINTENANCE COMPANY IN DUBAI !! Avoid at all cost. They came to fix my kitchen sink, but only made it worse. After much calling and complaining they finally returned without plumbing tools, wasting my time. When asked to come back and do the job right, they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. The job is still left unfinished after two weeks.The customer service provided by Aiza was very unprofessional containing lies and callbacks only at her convenience (she only works three days per week). I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are crooks. I would rate them four thumbs down. I am calling We Will Fix It instead.
