Very very poor service from this company, called them 2 days in a row to come fix my ac and both days they didnt show up. Please dont support such a bad business behavior.

Dont use this company!!! I purchased new ac from al Naveed less than a year ago and already called them few times as unit didnt work properly. When they came last time they checked and refused to repair or replace faulty ac unit. I made a complaint to DED and proceeding with legal action.

Best ac service maintenance provider so far. From booking the service to servicing itself is excellent. Good staff.. we trained i must say. Keep up the good work. I will surely recommend .

My experience in re installation of New Airconditioning. The manager contacted on the same day, after searching multiple Aircondirtioning service providers. They promise to come at 6 PM unforetunately as usual 1 1/2 hrs delay which was still acceptable. The team come with 4 person with uniform and minibus. the work was done within 2 hrs for removal old AC and installation of new AC. Minor observation, slight mounting support was not 90 degrees vertical, I hope will do good for next 2-3 yrs. I recommend to use this providers.

It was very reasonable to deal with them and response time was very prompt. I am very happy with the whole experience. They are very professional and got the job done within the expected time. Great standard of work - happy with the service. Would recommend.

One of the Most diligent Ac Maintenance Company Ive ever worked with. Reliable and transparent. The technicians were extremely courteous and efficient. Also they were accurate in their estimation for the time it would take to complete the work. All in all very good experience.

Not at all professional to deal with. They checked the chilled water units in the shop and then said that this cannot be fixed as the AC units are not powerful enough to cool the room. Just washed the filters are escaped from the site. Had to approach another maintenance team and get it done. Now the AC is working perfectly.They dont have much idea about chilled water AC maintenance and extremely lazy staff. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

It was a very urgent situation, my central AC Suddenly stopped working in my house & in evening there was an event, i called multiple ac maintenance companies for urgent & emergency AC maintenance service but they were all not available. Terrible company made a booking with the for ac check as it was not cooling and on day they didnt know anything about the booking no point to use as you make booking and they dont record it

Last thus day 05.08.2016......not good servicemy room A/C . wasnt working properly i decide to call for service AL naveed system installation . they came and took A/C for service around fry day evening 3.30pm and they promise to me they will bring back 8pm but they come 10 pm and I paid them 150 DHS they mention gas.filled&they change something in the back side but when we start our A/C it was same as before it means they did not change anything and the other day i call them for compliant they did not come finally i go there then i bring one technician with me and he check and change something he told us it will work but the result was same , we decide to change the maintenance companyit means they dont have good technician? or they are aiming money only
