I hired their services to move my studio apartment from business bay to JVC. Their charges are very economical. Their services are very professional. My house was completely scattered they packed everything in their boxes and unloaded all the boxes at new apartment in very timely manner. They also offered to arrange all the things in new place. I highly recommend their services.

The worst experience Ive ever had in my life. They carried my house beautifully. When I came to my new house, I saw that my TV was broken. Since this is a normal thing, I wanted to solve this situation without fighting with them. And I believed it. They then didnt do this while waiting for them to change the TV. The person who calls himself the owner of the SA mover has offered to pay me 1600 AED in total for a television with 3000 AED in the market. You may have had an accident, pay me a little more, then I said I will complete this headache. This person, who always speaks rude on the phone, will constantly yell at you and test your patience. He will allow you to give up your money by fighting with the customers and wanting to make you bored. This bad company, which produces new solutions every day for an issue that will be resolved in a very short time. This is the best company to test your patience (!). If you want decent service and customer support, please stay away from these friends.NOTE:Everyday will update here when i will receive my money back.Replied to the companys response:1-The invoice has been sent to you.2- This is not my responsibility. It is your responsibility to investigate or not. There is a real television and it is broken by you.3- The gentleman talking to me on the phone did not insult me. Likewise, I did not insult that gentleman in any way. But if the gentleman in front of him constantly makes speeches such as listen to me or I am not a magician, I will create a television or I said I will say, we may lose our patience and raise our voice after a certain point as a customer.4- Please take and use the television that is broken in the photo. I would like the same TV that I gave you intact.I did not tell anything the labors, I spoke with only the owner of company!

You really need to be on top of them as they pack and unpack, theyre reckless.- took 2 days instead of 1, which was a huge hassle for me- damaged items and unprofessionally packed- missing an iron- no one picks up the phone when I was in the middle of the crisis with them.No regard for the customer, not even a call to apologize or make up for it.EDIT in response to the companys response:- The new flat is 4 bedrooms, not 2. And no, its not acceptable to leave half the items unpacked, some damaged, some missing.- Moving plans did not change, no items that were meant for export were then moved by the team, the surveyors didnt do a thorough job.- I would never prevent anyone from eating lunch. I told them to each lunch in rotation so that we all save time. And they did exactly that. Watch your acquisitions.- Any box that is packed by the customer is clearly marked by your team as packed by the customer on the tape. That is clearly not that case with the box mentioned.In any case, not a smooth move at ALL.

Our experience with SA movers and packers was decent. We were just moving out from 1 bedroom apartment with small to medium items. They came on time , packed it profoundly and delivered it our new home. Though few of the things were left unpacked but we understand it was ramadan time and they needed to break the fast which is completely fine to us.Overall they did fantastic job. The two men who moved my stuff were named Kashif and Ali, and they are absolutely awesome; theyare very polite, friendly and super helpful. However, their manager Ali and Mardy, the customer representative, are very rude, mean and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. They cut their poor staffs salaries and keep threatening to do that and are very open about it. Very unethical.

I did a local move. I was told they were really good and was used by my friends. But however I have had a very poor experience with them. Started with them coming on time 8:30am with about 7 people and packing everything in 3 hours and moving to my new location by 11am. I was very happy until then. However once they got to the new place, the 7 men reduced to 4 and by 2pm they were rushing to finish and left my premises with half done work. They had not connected the washing machine, they did not fix my cabinets correctly. They left the mirrors against the wall n did not fix them. The kitchen boxes were left as it is and nothing put back. The company claims to unpack, which was not done. Had to chase them to come back to fix the washing machine. They came back after 3 days to fix the washing machine n helped me to put up my decors as a compensation. But sadly and to my disappointment they had only connected the main switch of the washing machine and did not fix the drain tube to the outlet. When I started my machine the following day the entire water leaked on to my floor, flooding my kitchen. Very badly done work and totally disappointed. I will never suggest this company to anyone else. I was unlucky to have had a terrible experience with them. Maybe they had better staff before or they have become too complacent and are not taking the work seriously by Leaving the client premises with half done job. Overall experience - Very Disappointing and Stressful!!

Hard working team, great attitude, they do what they say they will do. Rates are relatively low and thats reflected in the quality of the work. Tended to pack things by just throwing them in boxes without concern for orderliness. tend not to clean up after themselves well and throw away used masks and gloves on the ground of your property. Not great during Covid-19. Could improve on professionalism and should then charge more for it. But if you want to move somewhat cheaply theyre a good option.

I booked SA movers and packers two weeks ago. They were really professional, on time, fast but accurate and kind. They packed everything, disassembled furniture which had to be done and wrapped everything to avoid any damage. I ordered tv installation. The technician did not show up on time. I called one hour later and they pretended to have been calling for the past 2 hours. When I pushed them, they said I was lying and that my phone was off, which it wasnt because I received other calls during that time. Then they cancelled the request and offered to refund me. A joke of a company. Never use it since you might end up with no service after waiting all day for their technician

Ohh..where to start. My experience of dealing with them is worst.. They came one time. However they had utter disregard for covid safety measures (mask, gloves etc.) so much so that I had to remind their supervisor Mr. Naeem at least 4-5 times to put up his mask.Also the guys were not at all appreciative of any feedback while diasntling/packing of items and kept on repeating that they have been doing this from 15 years and if we suggest anything things would get damaged.. Just so typical of all movers in dubai..When you move you least expect them to install the fittings and make it up and running. I had ceiling fans which I specifically mentioned to be installed and even sent videos while getting a quote. They argued they thier services include only mountaing them to ceiling and they wont connect to electrical point. Also we threw out old curtain rods and kept the new ones ready to be mounted they said they are doing us a great favour as they are mounting the new ones as their services dont include it..when the prices included handyman work and all fittings in old home to new home. One of thier staff also misbehaved with my wife and started an argument..I liked to belive thier work was good due to couple of good guys in the team Taimoor and Nabil. However when I took stock of quality of work today in the morning thier quality of work is pathetic. The curtain wont slide due to imbalance, they left one piece of furniture packed in balcony without mreming the wrappers ethc and the list is endless which prompted to this lengthy review.The fact is its really difficult to find out truly professional movers in dubai and I thought they would be good based on the reviews and professional approach of administrator Ms. Mardy and charges. This guys though they wear uniform are no different than your typical next door movers. This has my been my longest and most exhaustive review and I can write even more..But I think you get my point now.. Even writing the review spoilt my mood for couple of hours. But you get the point..

I have used this company during my last 3-4 annual apartment moves.....they are absolutely excellent.....very flexible and accommodating. The removal team are very pleasant and ready to lend a helping hand even if its not to do with the removal itself. The admin and management are extremely friendly and always around if you need them. They came on time, very professional in packing, did a very neat job and packed my 1 BHK in a very short time, but however their lead guy was very rude while unpacking the items, first he refused to unpack my kitchen items and told he will not do and I have to do it on my own. Then I contacted their Manager Miss Mardy who was very helpful and instructed the team to do the needful, Overall their service was good but they need to train their rude staff to behave with customers.

SA movers are excellent. I have used them on two occasions and both times, the moves were extremely professional, the team was easy to deal with, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Would highly recommend.

If I could give them a 0 - I would have given it!They came recommended by another very reputable moving company who were busy on the day I wanted to do the move at. We met with the sales lady (who is listed as the contact point) - who promised us a road full of roses which is the furthest from the truth of what happened for our movement from one block to the next block in the same area .... Imagine if I was moving across the country!Things that were promised to us:1- All Movers are direct employees of SA Movers - no contractors. Out of the many who came (even that didnt last long - more below) - only 3-4 were directly employed, all the rest were contractors who didnt care for things dropping (like our expensive bed), or how they stack things up (and in the sun!) Or even how to communicate!2- Everything will be pked and then unpacked the same way it was placed - imagine a huge library of books, furniture full of items and you name it! My that never happened - forget the order of the 1000 books we have, we would open boxes marked for one room and find it full of items of another room (and that is not even considering everything fragile - another point below!) - they packers were all over the house with little to no coordination (Ali who was supposed to be supervising was packing, and shouting on his Bluetooth headset the entire time he was there - definitely not concentrating with the team, and Mardy who surveyed and came to help coordinate suddenly left for an emergency without informing us).3- Everything will be done in one day (July 1st) - after the survey, we were promised that everything will be done in one day. To confirm our booking I paid the advance that was requested of me which I did promptly to avoid the date being booked. At the beginning of the day we had nearly 12 people come to pack - and things were moving fast so we were hopeful - especially after we ourselves already packed and transferred all the clothes and many of the small items. By lunch time - the number halved, leaving behind few who would speak English and no coordination. When I started inquiring, apparently they had another booking that they couldnt refuse in the Marina - and they all left including Ali, who only told us after he left. Suddenly many boxes were in the new house with only 4 people to unpack - without supervision and who didnt know what goes where. We started having a nervous breakdown here! They acknowledged and promised to send us help the next morning who came in late, and had one guy with limited English, another who was with an attitude problem (but at least was there the day before and could help) and a third who was courteous but was new to the move!4- Things that are marked fragile will be handled with care - and will be transferred in one piece - given the 8 minutes journey from the old place to the new place, you would think this is a no brainer for a highly rated moving company. Many of our fragile items were broken (I present some below - many were thrown out already, but these were the straws that broke the camels back) - many of our furniture items had clear scuffs and broken pieces and were not even assembled properly and the list goes on!Given all the positive reviews in here - you would have thought things would be easy going - especially with an easy move like ours. We have a lot of stuff that is the result of living our entire lives here, but that was all surveyed and we were promised the moon - and we unfortunately received gravel. I am saddened I actually paid most of the balance back (they gave a 10 percent discount wow) - and even more that my calls after that were not even received. I am sure I will be getting a reply now with blames and excuses - I moved 4 times before, all in the country ... this was by far the worst! I was willing to pay premium for e-movers and easy truck - but they were completely booked out. I should have taken the hint when these guys were the only ones available on the day while all other movers were booked solid for 2 weeks aheadTake heed: Stay away if you can!

Very poor job of moving, we explicitly said dont unpack, but they did anyway and shoved everything into random cupboards so we couldnt find anything, and clothes got creased and dirty.And to make matters worse they double charged us for the handyman then refused to refund or even respond to our calls. Do yourself a favour and stick with one of the big companies. These SA guys dont know what they are doing.

Moved apartments back in November, they used no bubble wrap on anything including fragile items because they thought it would take too long.A few items were broken during the move and most regrettably ended up bending my OLED tv and breaking a Nespresso coffee machine.When I approached them about the insurance cover they claimed to provide, they said it only covers the damage they do to the building which struck me as less than honest.They viewed the damage to the TV and said “it’s ok, it’s working so it’s fine. It’s only curved”They said they would fix the Nespresso machine, then they asked me to liaise with Nespresso and they offered to cover the cost of repairs once the repairs were done.I’ve been chasing them for 2-3 weeks but no reimbursements yetPositives - they were on time, communicated well during the move, the price they quoted was good but the damage to the TV & Coffee machine + they way they handled it ruined the experience.Including the so-called “CEO” of SA Movers who seems to like yelling at his own customers.BEWARE of these idiots.Edit -A) it was not a curved tv from the beginning, stop lying (model no LG-55B7V) it was “curved” after the movers handled it.B) you did not do me a favour my calling extra trucks for the move - you came to my house, surveyed the goods and decided what was needed and we agreed on the price. It’s called a business agreement.C) It took them a few hours to respond to a negative review but has taken them over 21 days to do a bank transfer of AED100.They keep praising themselves and telling me how great their service was, when it should be me giving them a positive review if that was the case.

I had a really good experience with SA movers when I moved to my new apartment (1 bedroom) from 2 days. First, communication with Mardy was great as she always responded immediately. Second, they confirmed my appointment one day ahead and showed up on time. They were very organized and very quick to pack and dissembled my furnitures then quickly loaded the car and moved to the new place.
