They move fast. Yes.But some issues happened/occurred along the “move”.•Most of the boxes that contained clothing, and kitchen wares, glass wares, -my husband, I and our helper had to do it ourselves. As I remember the guy team member has said- Just give us a call whenever you have the boxes ready so we can collect it. It is not a you watch and they pack and move. It’s not at all like that.•damaged itemS-1) an art item fell on the ground 2 minutes after they had hang it on the wall. The glass frame got broken. It is heavy, and the guy who hang it have not put a tux screw to accommodate the concrete nail. So either he forgot to put the tux screw or he just don’t know it. They left the item broken and told me to call their office if I have complaints. Duh. So I had to call after 2 days. They took the item after a day when I called and replaced the glass frame into a smaller than the original frame that they broke.2) iron bars for wardrobe- to hang the clothes. Went missing. Again. How could they figure it out? They won’t because we are the ones that unboxed our clothes and hang it. What is their solution. None. We bought some kind of replacement from ace hardware -from our own pocket.3) COMPUTER PRINTER broken- they packed it the wrong way. And of course got in that state. I had to call them 2 times for them to acknowledge this issue and give me some help. They took the item a week after May1,2018 and until now THEY STILL HAVE MY PRINTER and I don’t know if they will ever return it back. I spoke via phone with their manager from we move- he was responsive for the first 2 weeks. “Yes ma’am. Give me a few days.”, “Oh sorry, after the weekend “, “tomorrow sure” too many promises days but nothing happens. And now when I try to call him, no response at all.I even put it on group chat calling the IFSG Secretary Ms. Sarah. Was promised she will follow up. May be she did follow it up. But sadly - issue not solved. And they still have my printer.My kids were using the device to print things they needed from school. And so, we bought new one. Same item. 700 dirhams from carefour.Will I get their service again?I’ll think 20x before I will make a decision.They are ok when you speak with them. But being nice is just not the only matter involved here. We want good result and an after service- “service “ that we can rely on. This. Not.

I used their services for shifting my 2 BHK apartment in Dubai. Very well done job.Also the most important advantage is that all the boys have very positive attitude towards work. Highly recommended.

First: They showed up half an hour late without any apologies.Second: Their work is no different than the street side pickups as they only threw everything in boxes and tape it and that’s it.Third: They have very small ladder that wasn’t enough to reach for the curtains so it took them forever to try to bring the curtains down.If you don’t keep an eye on them expect finding some of ur small stuff on the ground.Fourth: They are not clean at all, they would touch the dust and directly come to hold the white fabrics and furniture. It’s disgusting! They also scratched some of my furniture.Fifth: when we moved to the new place I didn’t want them to put the things back as I have a certain way of arranging stuff but they told me that they need the cartons! So they were supposed to come and collect it after I’m done. I called and sent messages but no one showed up then I called for the last time and told them I’ll threw it away, they told me ok threw it! WT!Comparing to the quality of service they are pricey and not worth it.

I had a very good experience with wemove. Staff was organized and was very professional. Things were wrapped properly. and moved at exact day and time. I will refer you services definitely.

Avoid even of for free.They are the worst and completely unreliable.They provided me with time and agreement and during the move I was surprised that they my data was sent to another company and they sent two guys with no tools and the other company came and asked to charge more then they said no we will not do the job and left without doing the move.NEVER EVER TRY SUCH COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR FURNITURE AND YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR PERSONAL INFO CUZ THEY ARE SHARING YOUR REQUEST WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONS WORKING ON THEIR OWN.

I moved 1BR from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.It was excellent service overall. Team reached the Abu Dhabi on time. Team had adequate number of people to ensure move can be completed in shortest possible time. Work was very neatly and professionally without a single damage. Everything was packed in less than three hours and unloaded and assemble at Dubai in similar time. Very considerate of any special request you might have. This was second move in UAE with them - even better than the first one.Team was led by Mr Kashif and very professional service by entire team.Highly recommended for any move in UAE.Overall I have had four moves within UAE. Unprofessional company from the day we moved and still dealing with unprofessionalism from their management. Very disappointing.1. They use 3rd party untrained movers2. Over 2500AED worth of our items were damaged, broken or missing3. They try to settle for much less then what you claim for4. When you ask for compensation the management and employees are never truthful as to when you will get paid.5. Management spoke condescendingly and made false accusationsWe would never use their services even if it was free.

I am deeply disappointed in the storage, we used we move on the 29th and 30th of October to move our furniture and store it in your warehouse. I was guaranteed of the open storage we took would be carefully marked out so its clear whos furniture and boxes belongs to who.This morning I decided to go over and collect some items and was SHOCKED at how disastrous it was packed. My furniture, boxes, was starting in the front of the warehouse right and left side with other items which does not belong to me in between, my babys cot, was not even wrapped up, nothing to protect it had visible damage already, the boxes, furniture was all thrown on top of each other to a height where I wont even want to think about the things at the bottom that is obviously damaged altogether. Going further into the warehouse I discovered half of our things at the back of the warehouse too in between other peoples things, again just chucked on top of everything.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I have no idea what the damage will be as it was obviously treated with no respect at all. I cannot think this is how you run a business with such little regard for peoples things.Then to get your staff telling me sorry, sorry they have had so many complaints but yet nothing has been done about it....... really. I think this is really poor.
