Beware of insurance rip off. Ive used this company multiple times but once they have damaged multiple of my items they will not pay the fair amount to even cover the value of then insurance. Ive had over 50.000 in damages and received as a compensation 700 dollars. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT USE THESE LIERS.

I hired Santa Fe for a move from Sharjah,Al Wahda (3 BHK apartment) to Mirdif, Dubai (4 BHK villa)....a team of 8 people was sent which was lead by Rico,they began packing the household items since the very moment they got into the house and knew exactly what had to be done,there was no need for me to intervene and guide them. I didnt have the styrofoam packing and box for my 65 inch and 75 inch tvs,so they made a customised one,the move was completed over 2 days, the team arrived on time on both the days and got the move done flawlessly,all the crew members are extremely hard working and had a smile on their faces throughout. It was simply amazing to see them work. Highly recommended.

Waiting to resolve the issue of damaged and lost parts of a cabinet. Multiple items have also not been found since the move.
