I recently booked for packing service and before the actual date I faced issues with the Representative his communication (rude “you don’t buy me with your money”) no commitment his UNPROFESSIONAL the excuse he gave me for not coming on the agreed day to delivery the rest of the boxes and wrapping paper is I should wait he doesn’t see any issue in not coming on the agreed day and I should assume he is busy and wait or he died. Thus is alarming I’m not willing to face the same issue in the agreed moving date and not showing up apart from his rudeness. No trust at All!I don’t recommend to book with them!

I just used this company and it was the worst experience i have ever had with moving about 7 times in dubai and this was by far the worst.1-They left items in the old apartment they did not take.2-They broke a chest, a couch and dropped my plant 🪴and it withered and when questioned they said what is wrong it is just a plant.3-They just dropped off all the boxes without even offering to help with unpacking although it is a packing and unpacking service which was agreed on as apparently they were in a hurry for another job.4-i had shown their team leader at the time of payment agreement the items to be moved and apparently he miscalculated and then told me while moving that he had and he was unhappy and wanted more money so they were just throwing things left and right with no care.5-They misplaced my PS4 and when asked they kept my watsapp msg on seen with no reply until now but i found it thankfully in a random box 2 days later they had thrown on the balcony in the sun as they were leaving in a hurry which shows no regard to any of the customers items or how fragile they are 😤😤😤6-They did not want to fix my curtains as agreed until i made a fuss and then they did.7-They did not cover the couch that they broke and it was full of dust from their dirty car and when confronted their team leader begun raising his voice saying so what happened its just the cushions dirty u can clean them.8- i had asked for boxes for my hanged stuff and they just brought two and were unhappy when i asked for 2 more not to destroy my suits and hanged items.If i could give them less than a star ⭐️ i would, avoid them at all costs just pay a bit extra to a better and more professional company, never ever again!!!!!!! Very very unprofessional and rude.Also just so they say it is a fake review i have all the msgs on watsapp so all the proof is there, 100% actual review

One time I used this company for a move. It was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a business.After unloading all of my items, I realized that they forgot a piece of furniture. They refused to go back and get it, and I couldnt fit it into my car.My feisty friend demanded that they return and get it, and they finally agreed after yelling at me, and after involving their manager.I followed them back to show them the piece that was missing, and they were silent and disrespectful to me.
