EAZY Moving took care of my moving services and were professional from start to finish! Ali facilitated the move by providing a reasonable estimate and coordinating the moving crew. He was honest, fair and quick to respond to all of my preliminary questions. Manoj, the crew supervisor arrived on time and throughout the move was responsive, professional and a real pleasure to interact with. All of my items were cared for beautifully. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional moving company who offers a fair price.

Do not use for international moving, terrible service. Agreed fixed price, yet they left items out of the container and have held them now for 9 months and still can’t get them to arrange shipping. Wasn’t even notified at the time of packing and didn’t find out until our container was about to arrive in our home country.

That person call Ali he sed in charge for moving is very rude. I ask for moving 2 weks I did not hear anything from him. When I call him he was telling me he is vry busy. Disappointing!

I have contacted the company for international moving quotation, and more than a week I didn’t get a feedback about it. They don’t even care to reply to me. And when I called them today they even don’t remember what I asked for the person I am in contact with is called Faiz , I called him lately today to ask about the company manager he told me I am the one in charge. Please don’t deal with this company, they are not reliable.

I have used eazy moving storage for local removal of my furniture and storage in their facilities. The business process was smooth but the operations need some improvement such as arriving 2 hours late to appointment. Upon receiving my items through another 3rd party ive found that one of my fridge legs were missing as well as my curtains were packed in poor condition. They were also unable to deliver my goods to Abu Dhabi as agreed.

I have been using Eazy Stores since December 2019, and initially planned a short lease for a locker space (air conditioned). Since I was very happy with the service and facilities provided by Eazy Stores, I decided to extend my storage use for more than 6 months. The security and cleanliness in the premises, and reasonable price are also plus points.But, what really stood out and assured me was the professional, organized yet friendly approach from Ms Catherine Aragon from Admin, and the other warehouse support staff, who were always available to help, whether its moving my stuff, invoicing and even assisting to book Careem for me!Will definitely be a returning customer, and I recommend them to future customer! Facility is clean. The movers were very friendly. Feels like you have your own place storing in their warehouse.

I recently moved with Eazy Moving & Storage. During the move, they were very courteous and nice. Shortly after our move, we realized that some of our expensive valuables were missing. We searched everywhere in the house but they were nowhere to be found. We contacted Eazy Moving & Storage but they completely denied taking the valuables and were no longer nice and courteous. The person in charge was fully supporting his staff and not accepting any blame for our missing items. Their rates are lower than other companies but clearly they make up for it by taking your valuables. I suggest to others to pay more to another company and save your valuables as some things are simply irreplaceable. If you do decide to use them, make sure to check their backpacks before they leave your house as they all have backpacks. Also, keep an eye on the “empty” boxes that they take from your home at the end as they clearly know how to conceal items in them.

If I could give Eazy Storage more stars I would. From the moment I started to engage with them right through the quotation, packing and storage they have been absolutely amazing. Every single person I dealt with was considerate, patient, kind and supportive. Moving can be a stressful job however these guys lived up to their name! It was an Easy Storage. Thank you to Saji for taking me through the process with care and consideration, the packing team who did an amazing amazing job and everyone in the office. I do not write many recommendations however I will be recommending Eazy Storage to all my friends and family.
