Sheena should be fired. She is the most indifferent person ever. Instead of telling me about some terms she could have had some courtesy and helped me but sadly she didnt. After earning thousands of dollars because of me, this company refuses to help me with the fixing of a simple treadmill that they did not assemble correctly. Tried to contact management but Sheena simply will not let it happen. I hope saving 200 AED was worth a bad review for this company.
