I was worried about some of my delicate glass items but it arrived at my new place in perfect condition. They arrived on time and also finished within the stipulated time. Made moving so much easier. We have used the services of just box it for shifting our house. The team had been very professional and hard working. They brought all the packing materials to ensure safety of items and knew what to do in which order and were highly cost effective. The whole work was finished in a day without much damage to any household item (except minor scratch to fridge and our TV cabinet). They even moved our upright piano without damage and could pick an item from another location. Arun - the manager who was handling our work was very co-ordinative, polite and quick in work. Each team member worked with a lot of passion. I would recommend just box it to everyone!

Recently used this fantastic company for an apartment move in Studio city. The team were lovely and packed all my belongings and furniture and plants! Everything went very smoothly and they did the unpacking and furniture assembly the other side too. Great team, great value for money and great experience, highly recommend them.

My move overseas was quite complicated and required careful coordination as I was in 4 different continents. The plan was changed at least 5 times over the course of 8 months. Shyam was very patient and accommodating with all my requests and amendments, sometimes needing creative solutions. Communication throughout the 8 months of planning was smooth and all potential issues were highlighted, communicated and attempted to be mitigated in advance, which made me feel at ease knowing that at least this part of the move was well taken care of. When the time finally came for the work, his workers came early and was well prepared, they even brought 2 custom made wooden crates for my glass artwork and my TV. They worked efficiently and followed my every instructions. The work was quick and very well coordinated over 2 days. Shyam checked on the work in progress periodically over both days. I was apprehensive in using a smaller local company such as this at first after hearing the horror stories of fraud companies, but I found out that RNS packers and movers is a legitimate and professional company with quite extensive experience in the industry. The company being a non-international big name is even better in my opinion as it was personalised and attentive service. The cost is positively competitive too. Now that my shipment is well on the way to its destination, I can confidently submit my review that I am very satisfied with RNS/Justboxit and recommend their service to anyone looking for a professional and competent service under their umbrella of services provided. I also used their handyman service to ensure that the villa was handed over in its original condition, I received my full security deposit back from the landlord. Thank you Shyam and team for making this part of my stressful move less stressful.

The move was ok but some of the team members who came are not professional at all and need more training and take the work more serious also to have more common sense when packing as in my move there was a lot of trash and things we said we do not want but still the team packed it anywayAlso also the unpacking was not so good

Justboxit was recommended to us by several friends. I do not think you will find better value for money in Dubai. Communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout. We received regular calls from management to check on how the move was going and whether we were satisfied. There was a large team of packers and movers who all worked very hard, so the 2-day move was swift and we were a finished by lunchtime on the second day. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely use these guys again.

AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!I left Dubai in February and hired JustBoxit for my relocation. I had to organise two shippings, one to Australia and one to Hong Kong. I must say the service, advise and support during the whole process was exceptional. Kiran the manager who dealt with me, was also responsive, willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the shipments arrived on time, despite of the outbreak of COVID 19. I was very worried because as the pandemic situation started to escalate in Australia I thought there were going to be significant delays, however Kiran ensured to constantly speak to the receiving agency in Melborune and organised the delivery of my shipment door to door very effectively. I also made the mistake to pack some items that you cannot send via cargo to Hong Kong, and even though I left Dubai, Kiran and his team reorganised the package and delivered to a friends place in Dubai so that I can pick it up later. He has been always prompt to reply all my messages, very attentive, honestly BEST IN CLASS! I dont have enogh words to recommend them, if you are organising relocation, look no further! These are the guys!

I have to admit I was at first sceptical because their price was lower than their competitors. But I took a chance and they turned out to be as professional, if not more, than any moving company Ive ever dealt with.The boys were courteous and efficient, and seemed like they all got along and were enjoying themselves - which makes all the difference in any working environment.The only negative is that while moving heavy furniture around in the living room and bedroom, instead of lifting to move, they slid the furniture across the hard wood floors which left some scratch marks. But as soon as I pointed this out, they apologised and paid more attention to the interior moving process.So all in all a worthy and honest company to do business with.
