Used their service for local re location. Have used their service before as well few years back. Not much change in service level. Hassle free, everything well organized & taken care off and the people who come for moving are quite courteous, flexible & Know their job well. I would strongly recommend them to others.

I choose Delight international movers to relocate my house from Dubai to Al Shamkha - Abu Dhabi. Their service and punctuality were amazing. The furniture fit-out team is very professional. They perfectly disassemble and assemble all my furniture. Also, the cost is reasonable.

Overall bad experience, first they came to survey the house and told me it would take 8 people Including 2 handy men and 1.5 days for moving, however at the day of moving they came with 5 and I had to call the manager to get additional people.it’s seemed that the movers were not briefed clearly since they didn’t seem happy with the amount of work and it all became a rushed job. The next day they came with 1 handy man, who couldn’t finish all the jobs required, the movers were tired things were placed randomly ( I found storage items in kids room) some items were missing as well, and some were not even packed properly.I have used this company before and they were excellent, I am not sure what happened now, if I wanted a poor quality job I would have hired non professional and save my self a lot of money. I hope you can work more on your quality

It was our first shift in 10 years and I was worried as we had quite a lot of things to be packed and shipped. While looking for packers and movers, I had a couple of friends refer Delight and I saw their reviews and decided to get an estimate from them. Right from responding to that message, till setting up things in our new place, they were there with us in every step of the way. Im so happy we chose Delight for our shift. We felt at ease throughout the process with Delight on our side.

I had to store a few things while I was out of country for a few months for work purpose. Through some research I found Delight offered Storage services too apart from relocation. I had a quick phone call with their team and all needed details. They also made sure I met someone from their team in person to clarify any worries I had. Seeing their involvement I decided Ill go with them. Am so very happy that I stored my things with them! My things have been perfectly safe with them! They look exactly how Id last seen them. We were relocating and our Packers&Movers said they wont be able to transport our cars. Thats when we started to look out for someone who could help us transport our cars from Qatar to Dubai. We found Delight at the right moment. Our cars were transported in the most safe way possible and they were delivered in the said date and time without any hassles. Id recommend them for any of you who are looking for domestic vehicle transportation.

Hi If you looking for a possibility to destroy your stuff and pay for it this is the place to go. They destroyed my sounds system all five Loudspeakers are damaged and also my receiver and one of my PC towers damaged as well a Fan completely damaged. In total around 25 Thousand Dirham. And their answer was until now o sorry and we will investigate. Well that means probably they will wait until I leave the country. If I could I would give them 10 minus stars. So if you looking for a professional company which handles your stuff carefully I would look somewhere else.Hi her some news from Delight the Company send me an E-Mail with the result of their own Investigation of me damaged stuff. What a none surprise in their own Investigation I reaped own Investigation where you have no proof they actually did something. Delight call it’s self-free of any responsibility of damaging my stuff. What a none surprise. So if I would drive with me car in another one I just need to make my own Investigation and call myself free of any responsibility. That very clever of Delight I must say. But this is not all. They even Point details of the Contract where they warn you basically not to transport your stuff with this Company. When I was reading their E-Mail I need some Minutes to stop laughing. Delight you are really the worst Company ever.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, rude and a bunch of liars. With those few words you could describe Delight Movers, one of the best moving companies in the Gulf region, as they claim. This review should be seen as a warning to everyone who considers to hire Delight Movers for their next move.Delight Movers was chosen from my company as one of the moving companies for the relocation of hundreds of families within Dubai.At the day of the move they came to our house and the first thing we noticed was that the crew wasnt wearing Delight Movers shirts which we found awkward and after asking why, we where told by the crew supervisor that they actually werent permanent staff, they where hired only for this move and that the actual Delight Movers packers where at another move performed for a big oil company which the management rated as a higher value customer (as a reminder my company had to relocated about 700 families!!!)Every time the crew had to pack something which was already damaged, we where politely informed by the supervisor about the damage, which was nice of them. But what they forgot to inform us about was the damages they inflicted to our things, due to unprofessional handling or damages occurred during the transportation to the new house.Two persons came to take pictures of the damaged items in a period of five months!!! and the management was still not able to find a solution.My emails are no longer answered, my calls completely ignored and if by mistake someone picks up the phone in the office they find excuses, lie or simply hang up on me.The requests for an appointment to meet the so called management or the coordinator or whatever title they came up with the few times I managed to speak with someone from Delight Movers was of course ignored.In retrospect it was a very bad decision to give them the job and I have to give Delight Movers a star because otherwise I can not post the review. Be aware and reconsider if you plan to hire them, you might end up with a lot of trouble and very rude and uncooperative people.In case someone things that this a fake report, feel free to contact me and I will provide you the whole experience with those amateurs

I am completely disappointed from the intentional mistake to add more measurement for my boxes to claim more money. This is a dirty way to run business. Please dont fall in this trap when dealing with delight movers

You can blindly avail their services without any hesitation. They arent the cheapest, but are definitely worth the money.

Disaster!!! Along with sending the incorrect packing list and putting me in trouble with customs in my country, they have STOLEN my expensive, new TENNIS RACKET.

Their office in Doha made my relocation . When I received my boxes . I realized that alot of boxes are with empty space to increase cubic meters and charge more .The service was good but expect to be fooled for more money
